  On the last few orders it took more than two hours for the food to be delivered. This is an ongoing issue since mid 2023. Despite raising this with the shop assistant nothing was done when it comes to delivery times.

  We ordered a large Salmon Aburi Poke Bowl, but apart from Salmon and Rice there was very little of other ingredients. Could you please make sure to add a good amount of edamame, avocado, and cabbage next time? We also used to get mango as part of the bowl but it looks like the item was removed. May we please have it back?

  The rice was hard and it was clear the food had been sitting in the fridge for far too long. Sushi shop need to improve quality control. We are a regular customer and this has disappointed us

  The order online was keep showing “in preparation” so as it passed expected time I decided to go to shop and check. The order was ready but online status was not updated. Also, when I walked in the shop I had to wait until till lady will finish chatting with other customer. Ginger and wasabi sauce was missing in the bag (I have requested it when I placed the order). Sushi was good, the only negative comment this time-rice were not prepared correctly as every peace was falling apart. Usually I am happy with the order but this time slightly disappointed.
