  i found a metal bolt inside my cucumber salad!!! I have a photo i can send you, i just don't know how to do it. I was shocked - i could have swallowed it!!!! I would like some kind of response on this as this is terrifying that this can happen. Never in 48 years have i found something like this in my food. Something is clearly missing from your kitchen as it was in my salad! I spent £48 and was not happy with this nor the freshness of the items which had clearly been sitting around for the day

  Sushi shop gave me an expected delivery time of 20:05-20:15, and it didn't show until 20:45. Uber ultimately delivered it and according to their system the food hadn't even been prepared by 20:25 - not what I expect from a purported premium brand

  The staff is very friendly, the sushis are good but we didn't like the tempura yakisoba that much, the tempura doesn't feel crispy enough and the yakisoba doesn't taste authentic enough (somehow too much sauce).

  My favourite sushi shop in London! Delicious and reasonably priced. We could see that a lot of effort went into making each roll - they all look beautiful and taste even better! We ordered to takeaway and the packaging was great. The sauce bottles and ginger packages are also generous. The mochi desserts were also delicious. Just wished that more flavours were available. Thank you!

  Whatever cardboard-like substance the spring rolls came wrapped in this time instead of the nice fresh salad leaves used previously (and as pictured) completely ruined my meal (which, as always, was all spring rolls). Hopefully this was a temporary substitution otherwise I won't be returning for sushi.

  Food is great but the service is always a little off at this branch. You never get the condiments like wasabi, ginger etc if you order online but just get a bag handed to you in a hurry even when they aren't busy. Richmond used to be the same and it's a real shame as they closed down.

  Good presentation and fresh fish but not very tasty to be honest. Tuna roll had very little taste. Salmon was just ok but not better or worse than Itsu, so I don't quite know how this chain differentiates itself from the Itsu, Wasabi etc already out there. Feels like another on the go lunch place, not one for nice delivery dinners.

  The cabbage salad was not been great over the last months. Delivery was estimated between 25 and 55min which is a huge amount of time. However it also did not arrive during that time but another 30min later (so in total delivery 1h30 after). It is not the first time it arrives and I think the shop could offer a discount when they cannot keep the estimated slot at least

  The service was exceptional- staff were incredibely attentively, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. It's also one of the cleanest, most hygienic places to eat, showing how well-maintained it is. My sushi shop, please never change your recipe like so many other places have. You're doing everything right!

  Didn't take AMEX and wasabi was from a sachet, not fresh. Sushi was so so, nothing special. For the price point, this is extremely disappointing considering they are marketing themselves as a high-end sushi takeaway.

  Used timed click and collect. Items were ready on time. Wednesday box deal is great. The extra items we selected (maki, half rolls) were delicious, especially the prawn sushi. One item in our order was not available but it was substituted for a near equivalent we chose.
