Every time that I order a salmon Philadelphia maki (which is every time that I go to the store), it's made in a way that there isn't enough salmon to wrap the maki properly, so in EVERY order there are at least 2 to 3 pieces missing salmon one side, which is really frustrating

Firstly, I didn't get an "avocado salmon cheese", you got it wrong and gave me an avocado maki. I've asked for a refund; will I ever get it? Doubt it as your client service doesn’t exist. I am quite fed up with getting the wrong product regularly; mistakes happen but with this shop, they happen far too often. Secondly, the Philadelphia cheese was appalling, barely any salmon, it was so thin at some places it wasn’t even covering the rice. The rice was dry, there was barely any cheese either, the whole thing was bland, this was just inedible. I’ve been client for years and I’ve been aware of your shortcoming but was coming back because of some original creations. But the quality has been decreasing to the point that I will stop ordering with you. Although you try and offer innovative sushi, you don’t know how to make them and use subpar ingredients, and they just taste awful now. The quality is simply too low and it doesn’t taste good anymore; I’m afraid you rank even below below Itsu and similar chains, serving tasteless plastic sushi. Such a shame.

The quality and flavour of this sushi was amazing. I enjoyed the creativeness of the flavour combinations. The service was great welcomed promptly and my order was just finishing being prepared even though I was early for my click and collect time. The process to sign up for the loyalty programme was very easy to do before completing my first order. I hope the quality of the sushi and service I received at the Marylebone store is just as good at other stores.

I love sushi shop. I’ve been a customer of your shop in Avenue Louise in Brussels when it opened years ago and continue to be a loyal customer since then. The Philadelphia rolls were mostly rice: barely no salmon around and the small amount there was was super this, tiny amount of Philadelphia cheese, and the rolls looked like they had been thrown on the floor. This happens far too regularly and I always refrained to write a review but this is one time too many. The salmon aburi roll was very dry, did they run out of Philadelphia and fresh rice? And the Fresh maki is supposed to be with yellow tail and basil: there was no basil and they put tuna instead! The quality was unacceptable and I said this is far too regular with this shop. If you ran out of ingredients then don't accept orders instead of delivering clients your leftovers!

The food was great but the service was terrible. I pre ordered my food 6 hours before collection, however the order had not been started when I arrived to collect. At no point did front of staff apologies for this, in fact they just shrugged and pointed to chefs when I complained. I had to wait 25 minutes for my order. At one point front services said to the chefs to be quicker ‘as he doesn’t look very happy’. I wasn’t. I’d understand if the shop was busy causing the delay but it was completely empty when I arrived at the allotted time to collect. I will not be visiting this store ever again. This is such a shame as the food was excellent

I was extremely dissatisfied. The delivery guy called me once the delivery was already delayed, to tell me that he didn't ave an address even though this had been attached to his order. He also complained that he didn't have a place to put his bike. He then returned the food to the shop, and I asked for a refund. They decided to send out the food again with another guy who again called for me to explain that the main entrance is on the address I provided. I was also told they were not responsible for the delivery of the food. Hence, I can only assume that they are falsely marketing their delivery service online. I.e. don't get it if you want to eat. The food was now 2 hrs delayed and I received the wrong items. It did not look at all as on the website and it's extremely unpredictable as to what you will get from mysushishop these days. It's really on the level of a grocery store sushi selection. The poke bowl was completely inedible. I have been ordering from mysushishop over the past couple of years, but this experience took the prize and I'll have to find a new sushi place.

If you're looking for top quality sushi, this is the place to go. Take-away packing was good, and even survived my cycle ride home -- the order was made on time for pickup. Food is always delicious with Sushishop, made better by the discount code. The only qualm is the app is buggy and doesn't let me login. The web interface is better, but works only on desktops and not great on the phone mobile browser.
