After enjoying your sushi for years I tried one of your hot dishes for the first time and though it was made 'fresh' for me, the tempura prawns were dreadful! Soggy, not friend microwaved and mostly just batter.( The noodles and veggies with them were OK.) Your sushi is excellent so why ruin your reputation and menu with poor quality hot dish? Your staff was understanding, but said other clients have said the same for years but nothing has been changed.

I highly recommend Sushi Shop, as I consider it one of the best sushi restaurants and delivery services in London. I especially recommend the Salmon Cream Cheese. It's the best roll I've ever had. The service, quality, and delivery are all top-notch.

Food was excellent. Delivery was terrible and not up to standards. Understand you outsource to UBER but there ia no accountability. UBER showed my ordered as being delivered I could see the driver going opposite direction jad to call the store only to find out my order was still there. You need either to control the delivery process or just be on UBER and stop accepting direct orders.
