Verified reviewFood is great but the service is always a little off at this branch. You never get the condiments like wasabi, ginger etc if you order online but just get a bag handed to you in a hurry even when they aren't busy. Richmond used to be the same and it's a real shame as they closed down.

Verified reviewWe had a scheduled delivery for 8.15pm. It arrived at 6.55pm instead. We were putting our kids to bed and hot food arrived. It ruined our date night in. We complained via the website and haven't heard anything.
