I've been ordering from Sushi Shop for years and have always considered it the best takeaway sushi in London. Unfortunately, this time was a big letdown. The sushi was dry, the rice was falling apart, and the overall quality felt mediocre at best. It honestly seemed rushed—like a late Sunday order that didn't get the care it usually does. Really disappointing, especially given how consistent it's been in the past. This experience has definitely made me think twice about ordering again.

By far the best sushi in the area. It's now our go-to for office lunches. Only improvements would be to the website which is confusing and often it's not until the check out that extras which appear as included suddenly have a price tag to them. But we're used to it now and don't pay until all checked and adjusted, if necessary.

The sushi itself was very good but they had given our order to someone else, so we had to wait 25 minutes while they made our order again. Also, the box is filled with cream cheese and tuna sushi - very few real salmon or tuna sushi comparatively.
