Verified reviewFood is great but the service is always a little off at this branch. You never get the condiments like wasabi, ginger etc if you order online but just get a bag handed to you in a hurry even when they aren't busy. Richmond used to be the same and it's a real shame as they closed down.

Verified reviewGood presentation and fresh fish but not very tasty to be honest. Tuna roll had very little taste. Salmon was just ok but not better or worse than Itsu, so I don't quite know how this chain differentiates itself from the Itsu, Wasabi etc already out there. Feels like another on the go lunch place, not one for nice delivery dinners.
