  Honestly the ceviche is a real rip-off, the taste is ok (not more) but the size for 20 pounds is robbery. Too small. You should change that. The rolls are always good and worth the money

  Service is average. Constantly have to remember to give my account number to register the order as it is rarely asked for. Quality is good although the value is questionable and the quality is not marketed so I can only presume the quality is not much better than cheaper alternatives. The store hygene is questionable.

  Have been costumer for years, amd jever really had any issues, food was always tasty. Have recommended to friends etc. But I was really surprised upon opening sushi boxes this time. Sushi didnt look appealing, they were not wrapped properly, half of them had come apart. And taste wasn't as good as usually. I have been ordering from this place for the last few years, so not sure what happened this time, if new sushi chef and maybe new produce suppliers, but I didn't enjoy them this time. Not sure if will order again, unfortunately. As this was one of the best sushi places but last experience wasn't as expected

  It needs to be an exceptional product for the price. The product is not exceptional. You dont help yourself with having a window into a kitchen showing poorly dressed chefs hacking away at massive amounts of salmon. I love sushi, I work just by this place, I should be buying lunch here every day but the combination of high price and poor product means I don’t return often.

  First of all, the Ramen and Sushi were great. However, my delivery experience was very dissapointing. I've waited for almost 2 hours to receive my order. The courier said that she received my address incorrectly, but she didn't call my number to clarify it. I've checked the receipt attached to the bag and all correct details were there. I had to call your Richmond shop to ask for my order status several times. On top of that, I didn't receive my order in full - there was no salad or mango in the bag. Thank you

  I found that some of the sushis were not eatable. The fish was too hard and I would have sent them back to the kitchen if I had eaten them in the shop. The sushis are not well-made and often fell into pieces. This is a below-average sushi quality, and half of the "sushis" have no fish. Nobody welcomed me in the store.

  Always great service at our local Northcote road store, fast efficient and very friendly. Even when they were closing one mid week night the chef ( I think) still rustled up a salmon box for me. Great staff and good product, particularly with August offer.

  Really disappointed and not for the first time. Half my order was missing and the food was dry and not fresh, a complete rip off and utterly careless delivery. Sadly it has happened before, that parts of my order was not delivered but of course fully charged. I have been a very regular customer but I shall stop ordering from now on.

  The fresh stuff was good but the rest was so so. Besides the obvious rolls, there is no way to figure out what is in the rolls with different names (e.g. dragon rolls). I had to ask the staff member behind the till a few times. He wasn't that easy to deal with. This was my first sushi shop experience and not sure I will return

  The picture versus what you get the fish is lacking. Over the past 4 years the fish has become less and less. The delivery max spoke little English and refused to deliver to the location specified. All in all a very disappointing experience

  I ordered two happy sushi box late in the evening around 9 pm and I was extremely disappointed. The food was not fresh at all. I had a feeling that they gave us the leftover from the day. I really love Sushi shop and never had such experience previously however I am not satisfied with my order. It was waste of money.

  I was very happy with the quality of food, as usual. I think Sushi Shop's boxes are the best in London. They somehow manage to have unorthodox tastes together, like fuagra, spicy pepper, cabbage leaves, etc. What I really hated about my experience is that their website is so archaic, so counterintuitive. I managed to place my order after two failed attempts. I can't imagine how much revenue these guys are losing because of that.

  Firstly, I didn't get an "avocado salmon cheese", you got it wrong and gave me an avocado maki. I've asked for a refund; will I ever get it? Doubt it as your client service doesn’t exist. I am quite fed up with getting the wrong product regularly; mistakes happen but with this shop, they happen far too often. Secondly, the Philadelphia cheese was appalling, barely any salmon, it was so thin at some places it wasn’t even covering the rice. The rice was dry, there was barely any cheese either, the whole thing was bland, this was just inedible. I’ve been client for years and I’ve been aware of your shortcoming but was coming back because of some original creations. But the quality has been decreasing to the point that I will stop ordering with you. Although you try and offer innovative sushi, you don’t know how to make them and use subpar ingredients, and they just taste awful now. The quality is simply too low and it doesn’t taste good anymore; I’m afraid you rank even below below Itsu and similar chains, serving tasteless plastic sushi. Such a shame.

  The quality and flavour of this sushi was amazing. I enjoyed the creativeness of the flavour combinations. The service was great welcomed promptly and my order was just finishing being prepared even though I was early for my click and collect time. The process to sign up for the loyalty programme was very easy to do before completing my first order. I hope the quality of the sushi and service I received at the Marylebone store is just as good at other stores.

  The order took 30 min to be prepared by only one chef who was very slow. I was not told about the delay only after having paid. The quality was also lower than usual. I would have expected a gesture after this waiting time but nothing was offered.
