Smaller size but more selection of rolls but otherwise fresh and tasty. However the experience at the shop was bad. The staff member who served me was rude, and unwelcoming. The music was blaring and they wouldn’t turn it down but insisted on asking my phone number 4 times to get it right. They were talking wit their back to me and gave me 1 wasabi, and 1 ginger because I asked to repeat what they were asking me. The staff needs to be trained. I singe out this person as everyone else has been friendly.

Very good sushis, always fresh! Fish is very fresh and rice is not too sweet as opposed to other overrated takeway suhi restaurants who serve inideble sugary rice. Good service. Trustful restaurant! I've been a client for many years. I genuinely recommend it!

The food always come good and the fact I had a discount made us order from Sushi shop. But we always have something missing, this time was wasabi. The app is getting better but still when finished the payment came an error and after I got the email with confirmation. Delivery took 20 min more than estimated in the app

I am a regular customer of Sushi Shop. I have always enjoyed the quality of the food and the service. This time, one item was missing from my order. I called the shop and got a very cold response along the lines of "credit to your account or send your missing item later today". I was very disappointed. I understand people are busy but that is not a way to deal with regular clients. I will not return to Sushi Shop.

Easy to use website and tasty weekend sushi - have always been a fan of the creativity behind your sushi. I only wish you would have a better app and potentially try and accept Amex like any other normal merchant! There seems to be some bugs where some of the updates etc are in French...

Last time I got offered free soup or rice, but not this time. Also wasn't told there were no chopsticks in bag so had to go back. Business was slow, but nobody on counter on arrival, but two staff members in earnest conversation in window ignored me until I came back for chopsticks (which were behind them). Sushi very good, pricey but good selections.

I am a very big fan of sushi and I think the sushi shop offers wonderful variety and high-quality sushi. I could not recommend it enough. Will always order from them. The buying experience was wonderful and delivery time was anticipated by 30 min so I cannot complain.

We always ask for no ginger, no napkins and no chopstick and are always given all three. We paid extra for sauces and ended up not getting them. Delivery is also often quite slow. It is a shame as the sushis are amazing!

The food is excellent - truly excellent. We have ordered the 42 piece sushi box several times and it has been outstanding each time. We have bought the box at full price twice and the Wednesday deal at £19.99 three times. In terms of value for money your Wednesday sushi box deal is outstanding - one of the best we have seen out there. We do feel though that the higher price is restrictive and prohibitive - for example we would be very likely to spend £20 more often on your deal even on days when we would not normally order out. At the higher price we would order infrequently, once a month at most. With your meal deal, we would order up to three or four times as the food and value for money make it very hard to overlook. With the meal deal I would recommend this at a 10 using the scale below but at a 6-7 at full price. Hope this helps! Thank you for the lovely food!

The Website experience is atrocious: it's like a college project. Elements of the process simply do not work (I made several unsuccessful attempts to register my credit card; error messages appear in code, or in French (on the English language site), and there are typos throughout the site. Customer service failed to respond to contact.

The app doesn't work. I was waiting out of the store as the "status track" bar was still staying my order was in prep. After more than 30 min I went into the store and the shop assistant told me my order was ready longtime ago. Very bad customer experience!

All of the rolls were presented very badly, with the ingredients on the top spilt over and squashed. Each section was cut very roughly, so it did not look even. It was clear whoever prepared the meal did so either very quickly, or without any attention to detail. Considering the high price of your meals this does not represent value for money.

The sushi was packed to tightly together causing issue when trying to get it out of the carton - causing pieces of roll to fall apart. We've been ordering the Chili crab spring roll for the past three orders and to date have always found pieces of crab shell in pretty much every roll.

The food was great, Sushi shop is my 'go to' when I want sushi. However, this is where the positives stop. If the standard of food ever drops, I will probably stop going to Sushi shop. Ordering on the App or online is a nightmare. The App is amateur, it did not recognise my birthday reward code (online it didn't either) it did not save my credit card details and after the third time of trying to pay I had to go online to complete the order. I finally made the order and turned up to the the restaurant to collect and whilst I was very happy to have no waiting time and the order was ready. The cashier could have been much more welcoming, I can't imagine she sees too many people a day in the current circumstances so to welcome people in and thank them genuinely is so important. Instead I got a lethargic "what's your name" and it seemed an inconvenience that I had entered the restaurant.
