This branch of Sushi Shop NEVER puts in all of the ingredients listed for the rolls. Two vegetables were missing from the vegetable rolls. They are the worst Sushi Shop by far.

The shop did not have one item but phoned and offered an alternative. I had mistakenly placed the order as a collection from the shop when I wanted the food delivered. The shop was very accommodating in changing the order from collection to delivery!

We had an incident with our delivery guy that took a picture saying he had delivered outside but actually he took the order with him back. We called the shop and we had to prove it was nothing there. 5 minutes after the driver came back with our food (probably after the shop called) and one of our items were not sealed so we didn’t eat as there was no proof it was not touched. Next time we will probably order from deliveroo versus the website

We placed this order for delivery at 11.30 a.m. but did not receive it until 12.45 due to lack of staff at Sushi Shop. They did phone to advise us the order would be delivered 20 mins later but the delivery was a lot later than promised.

Very unsatisfied with the delivery time. I had to call to know where was my order and learnt the driver was given the wrong one! There's always issues with you, this is really annoying! The order came 45 min late and the only compensation I was given was a cheesecake that I did ask for otherwise I wouldn't have received anything. The sauces were not even correct nor the number of ginger... The sushi were good but some of them were ridiculously thin and/or small.

Not satisfied. The salad wasn't in stock and we asked for making instead. This was £2 more than the salad and refused to replace even though its their mistake and we were spending £70 on the order. The order was also 30 minutes late and the miso soup had broken at the bottom so leaked everywhere.

I love sushi shop. I’ve been a customer of your shop in Avenue Louise in Brussels when it opened years ago and continue to be a loyal customer since then. I must emphasise that the customer service in the London shops is so much better than the customer service in Avenue Louise or in Gar du Midi in Brussels where I often pass when I travel via Eurostar.

Staff welcoming, place tidy and clean. Staff went extra mile for me. Sushi well presented, packaging looked awesome. Had one Veggie Box (best vegetarian sushi never had) Chicken Gyoza and another two mixed boxes of sushi. Presentation looked great. The only thing I find a cons is the portions. (Yes, lots of sushi but quite small) But honestly, very very positive experience. 9.5 out of 10

The overall ambiance in the store is one of rushed. The staff don’t appear to be very focused, constant orders coming in from apps & Deliveroo etc. No greeting, just quick query about what we wanted. Since the paper menus were removed the process of selecting menu items is clinical. There is no visual stimulation as it’s not possible to see what each item is, as before. The feeling is the business has become clinical and lost its passion for food. Much like a conveyor belt. Also the portions have decreased in size. Very sad.
