    The food was delicious but customer service leaves to desire... Not a welcoming smile, just an exasperated face every time... When you've had a long hard day and want to treat yourself to some luxurious items, a smile and a friendly face can go a long way... Not sure I'll come back because of that... You are made to feel like you are annoying, you need to repeat things and now I need to check my bag every time, which I never used to do, to check if the sauces, wasabi and ginger were there as on several occasions in the past they weren't there and caused a huge disappointement to the family and guests.

    Half of my order was missing at delivery, though the delivery person came back with the other half promptly. When ordering, there is an option for chopsticks, wasabi etc. I had asked for not chopsticks as I have too many at home and don't want to keep throwing them away as it is unnecessary waste, and I opted out of wasabi and ginger which I don't like and again otherwise throw away, yet I wad given two of each. If nobody reads it, why give the option. Prices for skewers are extremely high, and it would be nice to have mixed menus that match those at sushi restaurants in France since Sushi Shop comes from Paris. (And many of us Frenchies would like to find similar menus to those in France)

    Pretty to very satisfied. Ordering from your website was disappoointing, because after the laborious process of choosing, my Mastercard was rejected. It has never been rejected, and is faultlessly in credit. So I had to telephone, where your representative found my name and I ran through the order with him.     Your staff could be more friendly, much more friendly. I often find they are more preoccupied with chatting with each other than serving customers, and when they do serve, they make you feel as you’ve inconvenienced them with your presence.

    Sorry, we are regulars and usually love your dishes but were very disappointed with the new range. I had the duck which was bland and the sardine which was also bland and contained bones. My wife found the Colour Fresh was overpowered by the sauce. We will not be ordering them again and will stick to your main menu. Corinne is a vegetarian and really misses the Indenne dish which was her favourite.

    We did not have any ginger, when I picked up I asked if I had 3 pairs of chopsticks etc. Answer was yes yes. But when I arrived home.... No No nothing there !! Worst of all the "sweet" nutella Avocado roll was between the other two, in the SAME box !! Nutella had run out onto the "fish" makis... Bad bad, should ahve a special, separate container.

    The food was great but the service was terrible. I pre ordered my food 6 hours before collection, however the order had not been started when I arrived to collect. At no point did front of staff apologies for this, in fact they just shrugged and pointed to chefs when I complained. I had to wait 25 minutes for my order. At one point front services said to the chefs to be quicker ‘as he doesn’t look very happy’. I wasn’t. I’d understand if the shop was busy causing the delay but it was completely empty when I arrived at the allotted time to collect. I will not be visiting this store ever again. This is such a shame as the food was excellent

    I've always liked the chef special sushi boxes and was looking forward to try this one as well. But it was really underwhelming, the flavours were quite strange and did not balance well. There wasn't a single item in the box that I would like to reorder again. The beef was particularly bad: it was too raw and unchewable, I had to spit it out.

    Service quality is getting worse: I ordered 2 beef/cheese yakitori and was given one beef and one chicken Tsukune instead. Beef was missing the Teriaki sauce and the tsukune was completely dry and tastless. Pacific roll: 2 pieces where correct the other 4 were normal salmon/avocado roll. It’s only 50p difference but still that should not happen. The big salmon sashimi: some slices were thin some where medium. I would expect for that price that they are all medium size.

    I am satisfied with the food etc. But you should fix the app because when we pay, we are redirected to a certain number of pages (security bank systems) and then back on the app but there is no confirmation of payment whatsoever which is worrying because unless we go back to the home page of the app (meaning pressing "back" on payments and order pages), we don't know if the order went through...

    I sent an email to Sushishop given I was extremely disappointed about the Sashimi (16£ for 15 very very small slices that are nowhere comparable to other sashimi I got in other places). I was ordering to sushishop once a week, but will order somwhere else given they didn't even respond to my complaint (order number 10495569)
