  I used to order from Sushi Shop in France but the quality here is not as good. They didn’t taste fresh at all, the rice was very hard, all rolls were a different size. I had ordered and paid for some extra ginger and wasabi which were never put in the bag… my husband picked up the order for me but he didn’t think to check. Will not re-order

  The entrance to your shop is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, ie very steep ramp and difficult access from the steps. My husband nearly falls on every occasion!

  The bowl had been made for quite a while when I collected it and all elements were soaked in sauce and stuck together when I opened my order. This meal is way better when freshly made.

  The app looks great but it doesn't work well. At first I was not able to add the products to the basket. then I was not able to pay the order. after trying two credit cards, I called and ordered by phone. Same card worked for the phone order. I specifically asked for no chopsticks, and very few ginger and soy sauce. I received a full load of chopstick, ginger, wasabe, soy sauces. I had to recycle / throw all this away. total waste. Think about the environment. But your food is still great...

  The sushi was tasty as usual although some of the rolls fell apart. But delivery was almost 45 minutes late which was very disappointing and it seems like the sushi getting more expensive and not representing the same value.

  Good sushi quality. I would recommend to a friend and I'll order again but... When ordering on the web page it only allowed me to pay by cash in the shop, not by card. And after picking up the order, when I get home, I realized that wasabi and ginger were missing, the guys only put soy sauce and chopsticks.

  Loved everything, specially the salmon aburi roll! Will be getting the bowl next time, hopefully with a decent amount of fish (ordered the bowl before and proportion of fish to rice was a little disappointing)

  The delivery driver was only given the name of my road to deliver to. This has happened before and it delays the delivery. Also the app doesn't allow you to completely remove an item, such as ginger which I don't eat, and chopsticks which I have at home.

  As always... Sushishop has really good quality sushi, but WHY on earth do you have to mess every orders all the time? I don't remember having placed an order in the past that had exactly what I wanted... you always either forget things or put the wrong items, which is extremely annoying. And obviously, the contact/request form on your website is pointless because you only care whenever we give you a bad review. Anyway, food is good, but the orders are always wrong... it doesn't harm to double check everything you know?

  We had a wonderful Sushi Shop experience from the moment we stepped in the store to our last bite at home. The server (why do I never ask their name...) was brilliant, the right blend of friendly and efficient, while the Happy Sushi Box and Rock n Roll delivered on all levels.   The quality of the sushi is ce tu irregular. It’s been a few times we order the Rock’s Roll and every time there is something missing or different, on our last order we didn’t have the sauce nor the crisp on top.   I have been ordering from Sushi Shop for years and I have always been delighted. Unfortunately though, yesterday’s order was somewhat disappointing. The portions were considerably smaller and the rice wasn’t cooked well enough. Sadly I’m not sure we will be ordering that frequently, but hope that our next order will be as good as it used to be!

  As ever, your rolls were delicious but on this delivery the miso soup was super watery and the seaweed salad had gone off and was inedible. On my previous orders these items have been great so not sure what went wrong tonight. Also, just a small exasperation - you never pay any attention at all to the ‘extras’ order! You’re happy to take money for extra soy and wasabi but never honour it - so disappointing when it doesn’t arrive and I get teriyaki thrown in. I always request no chopsticks yet every time they arrive. Just a small thing, a smidge annoying but hopefully really easy to recify!

  I have to say that last 2 times when I had my orders, the presentation was very poor. Im not saying that the taste was wrong but everything was falling apart and surely very far of the look which I see on the website, I'm sorry but if you are the best - you have to maintain the same level all the time.
