    The sushi was packed to tightly together causing issue when trying to get it out of the carton - causing pieces of roll to fall apart. We've been ordering the Chili crab spring roll for the past three orders and to date have always found pieces of crab shell in pretty much every roll.

    The food was great, Sushi shop is my 'go to' when I want sushi. However, this is where the positives stop. If the standard of food ever drops, I will probably stop going to Sushi shop. Ordering on the App or online is a nightmare. The App is amateur, it did not recognise my birthday reward code (online it didn't either) it did not save my credit card details and after the third time of trying to pay I had to go online to complete the order. I finally made the order and turned up to the the restaurant to collect and whilst I was very happy to have no waiting time and the order was ready. The cashier could have been much more welcoming, I can't imagine she sees too many people a day in the current circumstances so to welcome people in and thank them genuinely is so important. Instead I got a lethargic "what's your name" and it seemed an inconvenience that I had entered the restaurant.

    very unique and interesting sushi that is prepared by sushishop, always pleasantly surprised by the seasonal creations. the only criticism for this time is that the sakura mochi tasted slightly artificial, the black sesami mochi was great, and the satay sushi (seasonal) absolutely stunning. delivery on time as usual, will definitely come back again

    Fairly satisfied simply because I had placed order online and then had to call to inform the store to inform about what time my order will be collected; the person who answered the call at 10 Old Brompton Road took ever so long to find my order and I started panicking thinking oh no I just paid £40.00 and no sign of my order in store!!!!! Anyway, coming to my order feedback; we would prefer if you could provide more sachets of wasabi and soya sauce for a 42 pieces platter. Yesterday I ordered two of 42 pieces (Happy Sushi Box) and only two tiny wasabi sachets were packed with them. Come on we get the same amount with of condiments with the smallest orders.

    I was extremely dissatisfied. The delivery guy called me once the delivery was already delayed, to tell me that he didn't ave an address even though this had been attached to his order. He also complained that he didn't have a place to put his bike. He then returned the food to the shop, and I asked for a refund. They decided to send out the food again with another guy who again called for me to explain that the main entrance is on the address I provided. I was also told they were not responsible for the delivery of the food. Hence, I can only assume that they are falsely marketing their delivery service online. I.e. don't get it if you want to eat. The food was now 2 hrs delayed and I received the wrong items. It did not look at all as on the website and it's extremely unpredictable as to what you will get from mysushishop these days. It's really on the level of a grocery store sushi selection. The poke bowl was completely inedible. I have been ordering from mysushishop over the past couple of years, but this experience took the prize and I'll have to find a new sushi place.

    tried to use website and app but both proved impossible. this has been an ongoing issue with little result from the technical team. apart from messages and issues being in french (!!) the website has a mind of its own and cancels everything.     If you're looking for top quality sushi, this is the place to go. Take-away packing was good, and even survived my cycle ride home -- the order was made on time for pickup. Food is always delicious with Sushishop, made better by the discount code. The only qualm is the app is buggy and doesn't let me login. The web interface is better, but works only on desktops and not great on the phone mobile browser.

    Excellent with the product. Only issue I have is on the wait time and lack of clarity. I did order for pickup. Got on the app that my order would be available for pickup at 19:15. At that time, I was at the shop. They told me "7 to 10 min more, please wait outside". The order wasnt ready before 19:40. AND the worse in all this is that the app isnt updated with actual delivery times. In other words, your customers have no other option than to wait at the store or close to the store because they dont know when their order will be ready. At 21:00 my order was still "in preparation, ready for 19:15" in the app!

Fails at checkout repeatedly, has text in French even if you choose English, etc. Difficult to understand how you can have such a poor app experience when there are so many good examples out there.     Website shows errors in french. Very difficult to order at times. For addresses that don't have a house number i had to put in a 0.. Overall not an easy platform to order food from. With every order there is less and less edamame and cabbage. Sushi great quality, keep it up.

    My order was delivered 1h30 later than it was stated. The driver didn’t have my full address and blamed on me that I didn’t put it correctly while I put everything even the floor level!     I ordered the salmon chirashi with avocado but got the marinated chirashi instead. I got this for takeaway so did not discover this until I got home. Cashier was nice and all but I wish she listened and repeated my order back to me if she didn't hear me clearly. I never said 'marinated' but I did say 'salmon' and 'avocado'. Disappointing since the marinated version is too sour for my taste.

    Easy to order on line - I had to amend the order, which I did initially via the website. I then received a follow up phone call and a photo of the amended invoice. The delivery arrived a few minutes early and the potions are generous. Customer Service was excellent - More companies should take notice of how Sushi Shop operates
