  I had ordered shoes from you for the first time, at first I had not noticed that I had to send a receipt. That's why my delivery was delayed. Once the shoes arrived we were very happy! The shoes are perfect and we wear them with pride. When contacting via e-mail, there was also a very quick response and that is nice. Thank you!

  I love the Ethos and purpose of the company, however was extremely disappointed with the quality of one of the products received. Unfortunately will not buy again. 3 starts because the customer Service was really polite and responded my e-mail quickly and with honesty.

  I like it that exchanges are free. But I did not see an option to specify a time for dhl to pick up the parcel. I ended up sending it back myself. (Maybe it was possible and I didn't read it well enough).

  The Natural World Eco webshop is easy to navigate. The webshop is clear, up to date and the images are good. What is shown in the webshop is also what you actually get. The only thing that works less easily is the track-and-trace code. Via detours on the internet you will eventually find out where the package is located, but that should work much better with one click on a link. The processing of the order is perfect.

  Website easy to use, order arrived promptly. I have bought natural world shoes before so I am aware of the sizing but it is good that the sites provides the size measurements as that is very useful. Overall very happy - I love the item I purchased.

  I already new Natural World and my idea of the company has been confirmed again. Great quality and fantastic design. This time they also proved they're efficient in their delivery.   The customer service is excellent - communication feels like you are dealing with real people at the other end, who actually care about your experience. Delivery was surprisingly quick considering the distance travelled and the fact both countries are going through the pandemic crisis!
