  The shoes are really nice, it is my second pair. I only don’t understand why the price is higher for the rest of Europe. (They cost 59€ in Spain but for polish 80€!)

  Really like the shoes and they are very comfortable but they arrived with a bad yellow stain on one of them. As there were no contact or returns details included I've decided to keep them and hopefully the stain will come out when they are washed!

  Hi, I was so pleased to find the Natural World eco shop online as I had bought shoes from the comany four years ago when on holidays in Spain. I love their products and have found the shoes last really well, The site navigation and ordering process was easy and straightforward and the shoes arrived quickly. I love the fact the company is so environmentally responsible. The shoes were exactly as they looked online (lovely range of colours) and they fit perfectly. I will buy from them again and have recommended them to my friends.

  The product itself was great. However, the shoes have come up small. I have contacted natural world eco shop via their website and email to arrange an exchange but had no response. Currently I have paid for a pair of shoes that I cannot wear and I am very disappointed. Unless this is rectified I would not purchase from them again.

  The address from the beginning was wrong and days passed without any news from you and the transport company. I did emailed you to point out this but still another week passed until I did contact the transport CIA. The item was awaiting for somebody to give them the correct address., therefore you did not passed the error to them. I am sure this what happened, luck of communication from your part. My previous delivery, about two years ago was perfect and fast.

  Our shipment came very quickly and mine fit very well, I love them and wear them often. My partner's shoes didn't fit so we wanted to exchange them. We filled in their form online and waited. After not hearing anything from naturalworld, we reached out by email and were told they would now contact the courier. We haven't heard anything from them since, this was several days ago. So all in all, I love the shoes and the company but haven't had the easiest experience with returns.

  I love these shoes! They wash so well in the washing machine and I have pairs that have been through several washes and still look great. Love all the colours. I normally wear a 38 but need a 39 in these, so buy a size up.

  Unfortunately, my order has been shipped back before I could pick it up. It was delivered on the day I left Vienna for a vacation, when I cam back a week later it has already left the packing station and was sent back. This is an unusually short time span for picking up a parcel. I sent an email about this on June 17 but never got an answer.

  Service is good. Quick (and cheap) delivery. it is nog five star because the shoe sizes are not the same. The size 43 of these old snails are smaller than the the camping sneakers I bought last year. They are now a little bit too tight. It's a pity you can't rely on the shoe size.
