  I Have purchased from this company before, the products are good, shoes very comfortable and true to size. BIG ISSUE IF PURCHASING FROM THE UK - I HAD TO PAY DPD £33 IN TAX BEFORE THEY WOULD DELIVER!!! Unfortunately I will not be buying from them again until we are next in Spain.

  the only thing i think you can improve is to provide an estimated delivery date at the time of the purchase. However, i think it would be good to have more pictures of models with the different colors of the shoes.

  Good selection, I got what I ordered and it came fast enough. I've used natural world shoes gor many years and the only complaint I have is that they wear from the toes location pretty fast, making a hole. Regardless of that, I still choose to use them

  Great customer service. I ordered a pair but it got stuck at the border for more than a week because of Brexit. When I contacted the customer service they replied a few hours later and offered to send a new pair, just in case the first one never arrives.

  Their return policy is difficult to find and you have to pay the postage to Spain and they deduct the original postage costs. So how do you make sure they fit without loosing money? On the plus side, they got back to me quickly and they were nice shoes {they just did'nt fit }

  Sorry to hear about it. As all our production system is manual it might have been a human error when packing the shoes. We use natural tints and as we dont use chemicals not always get the same color (but we pair them correctly, except when human errors).
