  Shop is confusing... It takes too long to find what is actually available in the size you want. When you choose the UK flag and by your products the web states tax included and later the delivery company will charge import VAT cost. I believe this should be highlighted to the customer beforehand.

Note that the products have the Spanish VAT included but then, when reading the terms and conditions and also during the checkout, it is clearly stated that due to the Brexit for UK may be import tax. Sorry you didnt see it before purchasing. Please feel free to contact us if you have further questions. Also, in regards to the size availability the ones are in Black are the ones available and the ones in light grey the ones are not available. Thank you!

  I can’t think of anything negative to say about the service and the shoes. They fit exceptionally well, are really comfortable and look good. I’ll certainly buy others once I get rid of lots of shoes I have but don’t ever wear.

  When I first order the shoes, I wasn't able to track my order and it actually never arrived. I wrote to customer service and they responded immediately apologizing and sending the order again. Which I got really fast! The page is simple and could have some improvements. All in all, I love the shoes I bought for my kids and will for sure get more.

  I ordered the Kala boots based on the precise advice measuring given on the website to ensure the correct sizing was chosen. I was extremely disappointed on receiving them to find that they were far too big! For what I perceive to be the incorrect information provided by the company it has cost me an additional sum of £16.20p to return them. I shall not be risking further orders.

  I am very happy with my Blossom sneakers. I already have a pair but wanted a new pair as others quite old now. Only wish I could have ordered the other colours on the UK site. Perhaps they are just out of stock. Best sneakers ever, fit like a glove. Will definitely order more in the future.

  The only thing I would like to say is that the colour is amazing like an old pink but on the website it seems brown and it's written brown which mislead our choice. I knew the real colour because I had seen her on a store first. Concerning all the rest, the shoes are amazing, I have 6 pairs already in different colours. I-m an huge fan of Natural world.

  My order has bot been delivered. Company making excuses already nearly 3 weeks to find out what is going on. I have requested refund and being ignored! Do not order from them. Delivery do not take 72 hr, and they just making excuses not to give money back. Shocking!!!

  As we have explain to you due to the Brexit customs are oversaturated. It is not something that we can control as it is due to the UK goverment. Your order was shipped on the 13th and customs release your package on the 23th. As we have told to you via email as soon as we get the shoes we will do the refund. I think is something understandable. There are people in UK that get the package on time as customs dont stop all the packages, they do it randomly (something similar to what happen with the luggage at airports). That is why we clearly let our customers know before paying the order that can be some delays. Any other doubt please feel free to contact us via email or phone. Thank you!
