Verified reviewI bought 2 pairs of shoes in the same size (45) one fitted; one (Old Quercia) was the equivalent of size 43. There are NO RETURNS for any shoes from the UK. This not transparently communicated - you will just not find a Returns form in the packaging nor on the web site. Be careful! Customer Service communications are 'patchy' to say the least. Sadly not a great experience.

You are missing the point. Deloitte research found that 91% of consumers do not read the T&Cs. You need to spell it out as I have communicated which will help your customers to make better informed decisions.
