Verified reviewVery poor, still waiting for delivery which is now well over one week late, emails are replied with a standard statement saying held at customs but will be delivered & still nothing. Will probably need to make a claim on my credit card. Not happy & wish i hadnt tried to order to the UK!

Please note that our replies were not standard statements. Since Brexit, shipments to the UK have to go through customs, and unfortunately this can sometimes cause delays that are outside our direct control.
