I wasn’t sure of the sizing but I followed the recommended shoe sizing advice and achieved a perfect fit sneaker. Somehow my address which I typed in was missing the postcode but I noticed in time and emailed Ericka who responded so quickly and corrected it. Delivery was fast.

Verified reviewThe shoes are beautiful… but they were the wrong size. I needed to return them and although on their website it says free returns, that’s not the case! So now it will cost me more to send it back then the shoes cost so I am stuck with the wrong size shoe. No one at natural world is helping with this. Actually they point blank ignore my emails. Never will I buy from them again!

How patronising. Actually it is not very clear on your website, sorry! Please look at this screenshot I took of a page on your website, United Kingdom has been selected, as you will see from the top banner on the page. In your literature you clearly state there is 48 hour delivery and free returns.
