  I usually use Odlo for summer running gear. Always good quality products and they don’t bombard you with excessive emails. Ordering has never been a problem and the couriers always keep you updated. They seem to be a very reliable company selling good quality clothing for a range of outdoor pursuits.

  I never received my item as it was coming from Germany and the export document was incorrectly completed. I ended up getting a refund, but would have liked to have received my item which was then no longer available.

  The return policy is terrible. I ordered 3 pairs of slips, which when tested, turned out to be ugly and uncomfortable to wear. To return them I had to pay over €20 in shipping costs, when other online stores allow free returns. I will never buy your products again

  Very poor experience on return an order. The item has been sitting at the post office for 2 wks and not picked up by Odlo. Numerous attempts to customer service without an answer. Called support and they are looking into it, but the item will be returned unless Odlo picks up within a very short time.
