  I did not receive what I ordered. I ordered a plain shirt and received a heathered shirt. On the positive side: the client services employee did her best to repair the situation.

  Dreadful experience, I needed to return the item by post value 52 euros. Odlo refused to pay any postage or refund any registered post costs despite my emails to them. They charged me postage costs to send the item which they also did not refund. Total loss to me was over 18.45 euros for a simple refund of a perfect unused item. It ruined any goodwill I originally had for the company. Not recommended.

  The shirts didn’t fit well and I’ve sent them back almost 3 weeks ago with a proof ( track and trace) Until now I haven’t received money back. ( around 142 euro’s) Barbara from customer service is quiet for a week now and doesn’t reply me. I sent the form/document per mail to the address in Switzerland. The returned shirt arrived in Germany on Oct 14

  The website is nice, the items ordered correspond well to the photos. Unfortunately, a number of items were larger than expected (so the size chart was incorrect). To my great disappointment, I had to pay the full return shipping costs myself, so I will no longer order from here.

  We are now at 21 days from the date of purchase 30th August 2024. The package is somewhere in the UK and without any estimated delivery date.   I didn't receive the items I ordered and customer service is poorly organised. Ik keep getting the same response automatically, which is frustrating. And I have to wait days for a real response.   Si, siamo riusciti a recuperarlo ieri. DHL lo aveva lasciato in una edicola, ma non avendo ricevuto subito il codice di tracciabilità da voi e non vedendo nessuna informazione, è stato un po' difficile capire dove si trovava.

  Odlo's website is a reasonably standard e-commerce website. It is easy to navigate. Pictures of the products are good, but a small video of the model may be helpful. My main issue is judging the sizing. Jackets tell you how tall a model is but not their build, i.e., chest measurement or waist. This would be incredibly helpful. In my case, I ordered a large size based on the model's height (I am the same height), but I am a larger build, so it is a little more snug on me.
