  If you are willing to wait for 3 weeks for a package to move from Germany to Italy, it's a great deal for a nice product. We accidentally mis-ordered on the website the first time. That took 3 weeks to delivery and <1 week to return the product (at our own expense).

  Ik heb mijn pakket nooit ontvangen en de klantenservice reageert nergens op. In twee jaar tijd 6 bestellingen gedaan. 1 is direct succesvol geleverd, 3 pakketten zijn nooit teruggevonden en 2 zijn retour gestuurd, omdat de Odlo site geen juiste koppeling kon maken met een track and trace link. De Nederlandse Odlo klantenservice is de slechtste klantenservice die ik ooit heb meegemaakt. Beloven zaken op te lossen en terug te bellen, maar je hoort er nooit meer wat van. Medewerkers kunnen en mogen niks en een leidinggevende spreken is onmogelijk. Zelden een merk gezien met hoogwaardige producten en zo'n schandalig slechte service, zowel in de digitale omgeving als met klantenservice. Voor mij nooit meer Odlo!

  I use to buy at odlo.com. However I give only 3 stars because their return policy. In case you want to make a return, you will have to look for a transport agency and pay it. Last return I made cost me 11 euros.

  Buonasera. L'intimo acquistato va comunque bene, è funzionale, forse leggermente stretto. Il tessuto è più ruvido e lo spessore è aumentato. Da 25 anni a questa parte, il mio intimo è solo ODLO. Ritengo che la qualità del prodotto non sia più quella degli anni passati. Saluti.

  I wrote a detailed review commenting on the fit of the garments - I don't have time to write this again. I am also now extremely disappointed at the exceptionally slow service - order date was 15 October, delivered 29 October. Return date 5 November - you received 9 November. I have not even had acknowledgement from you that you have received my return nor how long my refund will take.

  Hardly possible to contact Oslo customarservice via telephone. In Total had to wait over an our in the waitinglist. Loss of my returned package at Odlo’s distributing centre for three weeks Me was asked to prove that I had resend that package. In the end the lady in the e-mail promissed me a little article for free for suffering my pain but I never recieved that. I woould like to recieven an other polyknit warm muts, color green (or orange)

  It's the first time I have to return an item, but your returning process is customer's time consuming (and expensive). This will be a big deterrent for future shopping directly from you. Furthermore, I keep noticing that your apparel sizing is not consistent among different product types: I need the M for the base layer and S for the upper layers, but it's not always the same. I do like your products but I don't know if I'll buy from you directly anymore.
