  Odlo makes great clothes once one figures out the correct sizing & has become my go to brand. I have 4 stars because they do not want to take responsibility for returns. What Patagonia does is provides tracked return for item & deduct the cost from the refund which is fantastic. For Odlo it’s like we don’t care, it’s your fault that you are returning, just completed this form & that’s it. That’s ridiculous.

  Very poor or non existent customer service. I needed to change the delivery address and contacted the cs straight after placing the order and they said not only is not possible but also is not possible to cancel the order. Needed to wait for fail delivery to change address or cancel the order

  i made my account, placed my order. I got a message "package on its way", then couriercompany wrote "address incomplete", ODLO wrote "your package needs you". I sent in message to couriercompany DPD and asked to complete address and to deliver to packagepoint. Before that was arranged/answered, ODLO decided to return my package to their depot. I'm sure i had entered my housenumber in my account. No check is between ODLO and courier for the address-data. On top of this more than € 50,- is charged as costs for packaging, handling and courier.

  It is absurd that ODLO uses DPD for mailing the goods. ODLO sent it twice by DPD, yet it was not delivered at my home twice. The first time the parcel was sent to a DPD service point 40 minutes driving away, the second time the parcel got lost. So I never received any bibshorts. Yet ODLO does not offer an alternative.Fortunately, my money was refunded quickly and without any discussion. However, it means that I am not able to order any further ODLO stuff.

  The products the Odlo make are superb in quality I ordered running jacket, shorts and socks. In a world of quick delivery and helpful customer services I was disappointed to wait 3 weeks for delivery and the responses I eventually got from their customer services were quite poor, the first was in my opinion brusque. The last communication I had arrived a day after my goods had been delivered to say they had been delivered. Perhaps I’m being overly critical but I expect fast helpful responses and a delivery time under ten days.

  I ordered the product on December 23rd, unfortunately the delivery of my products was lost by the currier at the beginning of January. I had to call and write more times to Odlo to signal the issue and I was surprised to see they did not resend the product as immediate corrective actions; this decision has taken some weeks. I have received the product on February 1st. I am also surprised that Odlo have not proposed e.g. a bonus for next purchase or similar approach to compensate the issue occured. I clearly communicated that I am a loyal customer to their brand.

  It's the second time that I bought on odlo.com site, and their products are the best for winter. I've used their termic suit in Iceland at -25 degree and they calmly tolerated the temperature, keeping the body warm. FOR ME 100% approved
