Inoltre, uno dei due prodotti acquistati presenta diversi sfilacciamenti di fibra non cuciti correttamente (sul braccio , attorno il collo...) Che dire .... La qualità, la precisione e il servizio di questa amato marchio che acquisto da piu di trent'anni inizia a essere scadente. Sono molto dispiaciuto. Non credo di acquistare altri prodotti.

  Americans need to know that when they order, they are ordering from Europe. This is no big deal unless you experience a Customs delay, as we did. It didn't taken long, but Odlo wasn't on top of things. It took a week to clear, and we really had no idea what was going on until we received the delivery notice. They make remarkably fine goods. I'll order from them again in a heartbeat.

  Easy to use site. A problem with UPS saying they did not have all the address and therefore delivery being delayed by a week. When the parcel arrived the barcode had been stuck over part of address!

  My order initially was held up at customs entering the US. ODLO quickly remedied the situation and I received my order shortly after. Can’t say enough good things about the customer service and the quality of the clothing.

  This asked for a rating of the website itself, not Odlo (which i Love!). Website is fairly easy to use. Search is not always able to find items so sometimes you just have to wade through multiple, unrelated pages. Checkout was straightforward. Return instructions are outdated, so one version contradicts another.

  The products from ODLO are absolutely excellent, usually, this time however one of the tops was tiny, I am an average all day long as my order history show, but one of the tops was way too small, not sure if it had been mislabelled. Also, items take too long to arrive, it's not the 4-6 working days they state, also, I am still waiting on a refund from an order place on 28th Nov, the turn around is way too long for an internat site in this day and age. Just to finish by saying that their product is excellent, just being let down by all the logistics.

  Both items were not as described on the Odlo website. Both were an S size but one was too loose and one was too tight. The marino wool was too wide in general but relatively uncomfortable around the neck. The performance light long sleeve was not the sports wear as advertised but underwear. Returning it costs me €12 as it turned out you get it delivered in the NL but have to return it to Germany and pay full price. An unpleasant surprise.

  I ordered a M long a long sleeve workout shirt… it was too small and the fabric had no breathing capacity. The hat I ordered was too small as well. M usually fits me but these items didn’t. I have emailed support team, Fernanda Kowalski, multiple times. They did offer a registering of return link to get an RMA. The doesn’t work. Their phone number doesn’t work. I have tried multiple times. I have emailed multiple times to get a proper link or RMA so I can pay to mail this ill fitting items back. Apparently there are no legit returns with this company. If you buy it you can’t return it. Horrible to no customer service and no accountability with what they advertise. I am considering submitting a Better business bureau claim just for the ethics of it. There are better athletic gear companies out there… this is not one of them.

  Very bad assitance, my order was stuck Ups told me that I cannot change the status of my order but they had to do it at ups and they only have to make a call to ups to update the address but they never did. So I never got my order, I tried to call and email the call center for help but they didn’t do anything.

  I’ve always been a big fan of Oddo, mostly wearing their thermal tights and cross-country gear. I bought this cocoon jacket, but is an outer layer in autumn and early winter, and as an underlayer under my ski jacket for when it gets ready cold. It fits nice and snug, with fairly minimal padding, but still a decent amount of warmth and very good stretch from the side panels. Therefore good as a skiing jacket walking jacket and generally just all round 10° weather jacket.
