  First on line order with Odlo, it was easy to order on the web site, delivery in about a week (not very fast but being an international shipping I would say just ok). I didn't like having to pay for the return of the item, in my opinion this make it not worth buying on line.

  The shirt i ordered according the size table was way too large. I had to order a smaller one, that suites well. Sending back the first costs 11€. Anyway, fast reimbursement and the new ons is very good!

  It was not clear upfront that returning goods are for your own account. And returning from The Netherlands is not cheap and in our case cost a quarter of the order amount. Also changing is not possible, you have to re-order again.

  Good quality, good materials, Fast shipping and fast receipt of goods to the USA. My issue with all the Nordic clothing I have bought from Odlo, regarding tops/ jackets, is there is NO consistency in sizing. It would be nice if they, and all internet clothing sellers, provided a dimension measured across the chest for each garment offered. This would prevent the order, ship, receive, try-on and possibly return scenario.

  Things are slipping at Odlo. Earlier in the month I ordered a garment which was not dispatched. This time I ordered one which was not delivered.the problem is with their delivery company UPS who claim they delivered it to 3 different addresses including my own. Customer support initially did not accept that it was not delivered. I have been a customer for 10 years and bought many products and I am very happy with the garments and await deliver of my latest purchase.
