Order has arrived perfectly on time, but I have to return it for size problems. The 3 stars are related to the return order management, which is less facilitated than most of the e-commerce shops. The possibility to handle the return order or to change the product with another size should be covered and simplifies as much as possible for customers (for instance with labels and return documents already inserted in the box)

Odlo makes fantastic clothes but the experience of ordering directly from Odlo is terrible. Although the selection is much more limited, I recommend ordering from third party sites that carry Odlo rather than direct. First, the fit of the cut drastically changes the sizing, (for example, Athletic fit generally means going up a size if you don't want it to be next to skin, and Regular fit can either be true to size, or cut very large) and the website doesn't always tell you the fit or how it's cut. So sizing is a guess. It seemed worth the risk until I realized the return process is the worst, most complicated I've ever experienced. I ordered 3 shirts for the sale price of ~$200, and had to return all 3 for sizing. Odlo OFFERS NO RETURN SHIPPING -so you return items and pay for shipping yourself, sending them back as the website says "at your own risk." It cost me $20 to return 3 shirts and track the order. But I knew this when I ordered and banked on not having to return anything since I have so many Odlo clothes I thought I could figure out sizing accurately - oops. The worst came when I actually went through the return process. They use Returns Lab, a third party company, to process returns. You have to log the return on the site, and then receive a message to "wait for an email from us" until you send it back. I waited a couple days - no email. I went back to the website to check - it wouldn't let me look up the return without creating an account. So I created an account and they said they sent a verification link to the same address that was on my order (so clearly, already my email) which I had to click to activate my log in. Get the email and I can see the link is incomplete and won't work. I click it to try it anyway and it doesn't work. Then the website still won't let me log in because it keeps saying the account isn't verified. No way to create/verify an account, no way to check on return status. I have to email Odlo customer service to ask for help. Wait another 2 days and finally get an email from Returns Lab with info and instructions for the return (a number needs to be written on the package and slip), sent 10 minutes before an email from Odlo customer service saying they investigated my complaint and Returns Lab had already resolved it. Unnecessarily dishonest - why not just say you got the process working? Or are instructions from Returns Lab supposed to take 4 days? I haven't heard yet that the return was received. Fingers crossed!

Easy to find what you need. Return process is rather slow. Took nearly a month to get refund. Customer service seems not aligned. Are calls and information recorded in your system? After 3 attempts to change the delivery address I gave up. It seemed the package was already returned to central warehouse.

La información que asignaron a mi envió era falsa y no me aportaron solución alguna a mi problema incluso cuando les ofrecí ir a buscar mi envío a sus instalaciones. Ahora tengo que perder mi tiempo en la devolución y adelantar el dinero del envío hasta que ODLO me lo reembolse.

This was an international order that arrived two weeks late. Odlo failed to provide the necessary invoice with the package, and the package was held up in US Customs for two weeks. I tried to contact Odlo, but they were unresponsive and the phone number they provided did not work. Ultimately I was able to provide UPS with the necessary information, and it was frustrating that Odlo was so unresponsive.
