issue is returns . Not a normal process. Today we have both amazon and wlamrt and target making the return process seamless - OLDO is stuck in 1980. I will NEVER shop at odlo.com again. Customers should NEVER go through hoops to return an item. Thee should be a simple return label sent with the original product with basic instructions.,.

I ordered 2 shirts, one of them in promotion. The one in promotion just got cancelled because of a stock problem. I then received just the one without discount. They didn’t give me any option, just decided for me that price didn’t matter to me. I sent several emails to explain them that I didn’t appreciate this treatment but they completely failed to see my point of view. They stated it is ok that they ran out of stock even though they sent me a confirmation e-mail . I will not order on this website again as others do not have this issue, or they react better in case something goes wrong.

Good morning. The bra gives great support. I bought it because I thought it would be easy to put on after open water swimming in winter. It’s not at all easy because the ribbon where you insert the clip folds in on itself sometimes, and requires manipulation. This won’t help when my hands are cold. I hope one day you’ll make a simpler front opening bra with light support. The quality of the bra in every other way is great.

Ordering is easy and straightforward; Odlo’s sizing chart helps a lot. In returning merchandise Odlo can improve a lot. Currently, returns need to be sent to an address in Germany and this makes it costly when ordering from The Netherlands. Oslo should create a free return address in other countries other than Germany as well. Therefore only three stars now.
