  First of all: because it was the first product I’ve ever ordered from Odlo, I’ve ordered 2 sizes. The retour I have to pay myself. Because Oslo is located in Germany, the shipping costs were more than 10 euro. They could have warned me before I ordered. Second of all I’m not very happy about the fitting of 2-in-1 short I’ve buyed. The inner pants are going upwards all the time while I’m running. And at last: after a couple of weeks, the shorts are allready damaged, just by wearing them (I did nothing extraordinary). So now they offer me 15% refund. That’s friendly, but not a great solution.

  The product has changed and now has a fleecy lining which it didn't used to have. So I had to pay €12 to return it. I e-mailed Odlo to ask which is the original version (if they still do it). After nearly a week I received a reply saying my request had been forwarded to the correct department. Still no reply on this (another 4 days later). It's a pity as we really liked the original (non fleece lined version). So products good quality but product description and customer service poor.

La consegna è stata difficoltosa perchè il corriere non ha trovato l'inirizzo (l'indirizzo era chiaro e corretto) e non ha telefonato per avere chiarimenti. Ho chiamato UPS ed Ho dovuto dare l'indirizzo di un punto consegna, allora sul pacco è stato cambiato l'indirizzo senza scrivere il mio nome, per cui quando mi sono presentata al punto consegna non trovavano il mio pacco fra tanti altri, non avendo il nome.

  Finding the right clothes wasn't easy because altough filtering on the right size, after selecting a product, I had to select the size again and then find out the right size isn't on stock. I would expect to see only the products that are available in the size selected in the filter. The size calculator didn't work properly for me so the order polo was way too big. In that case it's annoing the you have to pay for returning the clothes.

  Worst customer service that seems for now at least not actually to be a total scam of a co.No personal response to emails other than computer generated ones we’ve received your message, & I used this co based on my reading prior customer reviews.While shipping and processing delays I completely understand with backups bc of Covid, I have no reason nor bandwidth in dealing with a co. that can’t bother to respond to at least 6 weeks worth if not longer of email inquiries. To date, I have not received a refund on an item returned 7/1, nor did one of my emails get answered until literally a few days ago. Be prepared for no customer service. I can and have been understanding and more than willing to support a company that values its customers and responds in light of global shipping/supply chain issues, however, that is not and has not been the case with this company.Secondly , as for the products I received, the sizing was completely off according to the sizing charts on the site. I was interested in simply making product exchanges initially for different sizes, but after the complete lack of response to my emails for weeks and weeks, aside from computer generated non specific msgs that we received your email inquiry, I decided best not to deal with this company that still has my money and the product somewhere in limbo. A simple response from them would’ve changed how I feel. Do yourself a favor and deal with a company that values your business enough to answer one of numerous repeated emails.
