I didn’t receive my purchase at all. Customer service says that dpd did deliver it on their behalf on 1. June 2022. Bet I filed in my claim on 7th of June 2022 by telephone and e-mail. On 9 June 2022 I’ve received an email from Customer service that my delivery was in Oirschot and was delayed. Until today I’ve hadn’t had anything of you. And didn’t have any delivery establishment from your freighter DPD also. Customer Service would call me back today they said, but I didn’t receive any call at all. I needed my base layers last week for my biking trip in France. I meanwhile I am all already back home and I still haven’t receive any delivery and even not any messages with the status of my delivery. I already paid my order. So my experience with your service is very bad. I hope you can solve this within a week.

Sometimes the website comes up with articles I wasn't really looking for but it was still easy to find. The box around the running tights was on the large side and totally crushed (but the latter I agree doesn't come to the account of Odlo). It arrived in time.

Cycling shorts were perfect, good quality and with a discount a good price. I went from a bronze padding to a silver padding and the quality is definitely better. Why only 3 stars? The Odlo logo disappeared from these pants during first wear, and when contacting customer support to check the batch on similar issues, we did not get any response. Disappeared logo is not a problem, the tights are fine, but not responding is the worst thing to do to a customer….
