  Delivery from Europe in to UK took several days because of customs clearance, but tracking regularly updated. Had to return one item. Returns are to a UK address and the refund very fast.

  The products are excellent - I have bought several athletic pants . Delivery is rather complex - customs? and the ups carrier does not advise date of delivery so one can be home to receive parcel and this can lead to several extra days’ wait.. which happened to me.

  The products are nice. The small womens was a bit too baggy. My mine moan was UPS delivery which was very slow indeed. Odlo clearly got it dispatched quickly and it arrived in the uk in good time (according to the delivery tracker) but UPS Uk took over 8 days to deliver it. Very poor.

  I have used Odlo kit for decades and the quality, utility and practicality are second to no other xcountry ski-wear. My issue with their online service is the outdated and totally unhelpful returns policy. DO NOT BUY ONLINE if you are not 100% sure of the size or fit you need as it can prove a costly experience! I will only buy in-store in future.

  The return of goods is very expensive and not easy. There is no return label available . The DPD pakket service odlo uses does not accept the postcode of Odlo . I had to use an very expensive pakket service to return the goods .

  The description of the product was not totally right. The merino itched in stead of the soft feeling they descriped. I had to return the product and pay the shipping cost. Also the product felt a little bit to large.

  Well-made online shop with a large selection. The structure and process are intuitive. Unfortunately, I made a mistake with the size and had to return items. I found out that Odlo sells and ships to Luxembourg, but for Luxembourg the return is associated with costs, which is not the case in other countries. I think this is unfair treatment of customers.

  Todo fue perfecto, el producto es excelente, pero solo tiene una gran pega a la hora de comprar en su propia web y son el costo de las devoluciones por cuenta propia que son bastantes elevadas cuando si se tramitasen a través de Odlo supongo que serían bastante más económicas por sus propios convenios con las empresas de transporte como hacen otros en estos casos.

  I was surprised that ODLO would not accept my order unless it was over a certain dollar amount (I can't recall the dollar amount). But it sort of forced me to do more shopping and I ended up buying 3 items and got free shipping. And, for the record, I LOVE all of the items!

  Odlo performs well on site use, quality and delivery. Unfortunately, the sizing information given on the website does not tally with the more accurate information on the base layer packaging. You are highly likely to receive an oversize garment if you follow the website guidance.

  Er ging nogal wat mis bij het versturen van het pakketje. Er stond geen huisnummer op de factuur en daardoor bleef het geheel onderweg hangen bij het verdeelstation van de vervoerder. Gelukkig gaf de track en trace aan, wat er mis was. Omdat het adres op de bijgesloten factuur niet compleet was, had het openmaken van het pakketje geen zin. Na 2x bellen van mijn kant was het opgelost. Ook Odlo hiervan op de hoogte gesteld. Ik had toch minstens een klein excuus verwacht. Hopelijk is mijn adres nu goed genoteerd bij jullie administratie.
