  Site was easy to use and ordering was easy, the only problem was delay with delivery but i think this is due to some silly EU regulations when items are now shipped to the UK from the EU so not much you can do about that.

  I used the app on the website to calculate my size and the result was wrong. The app indicated S, I ordered medium just to be sure and was still too small. Contacted customer service but never received decent feedback or solution besides a standard email « send it back at your own risk »

  There is clearly an issue with the shipper and the way Odlo has set up to send products to the UK. I have ordered from other companies such as Goldbergh and Falke and the products are never held up at customs, so for me this is a supply chain issue that needs to be addressed I ordered items for skiing on a holiday I am currently on but unfortunately Odlo products did not arrive on time, and yet when I order from other companies out of GERMANY, even after this Odlo order, I get them on time.

  The navigation was very user friendly. The delivery was very fast and the quality of the legging is so good. I’m a big fan of Odlo and have always bought my products in a store. This was my first time ordering on your website. It was a great experience.

  I checked size chart and ordered 2 shirts that were same size. I wear a small. One fit perfect and the other so smalll a child could have worn it. Now the return…used a website for US, filled out form, told I would get RMA and received nothing. I went back and used an email from the order and fortunately got a response. However, I was given a address, no prepaid label and told to go pay for it myself. Loved the shirt that fit but the rest is headache enough to prevent future orders.

  I didn't like the style of the tops I purchased once I had them and tried them on. The sleeve openings were far too loose and sloppy on me. I prefer sleeve openings that have some sort of elastic to hold the arms in place. The quality of the material was fine and if the fit had been more athletic I would have kept some of the items i ordered.

  Order process fine. Also got good notifications from carrier (UPS) of scheduled delivery date and time. Then on the day the delivery was due (for which I stayed at hoe) got a notification from Odlo thanking me for my return! When I emailed to ask what was going on, they eventually responded to say it was a UPS issue. Poor poor experience.

  Ordering from Odlo was a very convenient process for me. I like (and prefer) that I can shop direct from the manufacture. This way I’m assured access to their complete product line. And not having to be limited to shopping on a retailer’s website.

  Odlo clothes are prima but the website is very bad. Not enough pictures and words to make a good choise. Yet 2 time order the wrong trouser. No translation in Dutch. It is not easy to buy the right cloths of odlo.

  Odlo performer fine. But they lose a star because of the delivery. The agent they use to delivery goods claims, that they have tried to delivery to your door, Even though this is not the case. Furthermore they place your order in a stocks location far away from your home address.
