  The odlo products appear to be nice quality but unfortunately my 6 December 2021 order did not arrive until 23 December 2021 (despite enclosed paperwork saying delivery was 9 December!) Sadly we'd already left for our skiing holiday on 18 December so the items were rather too late and we had to buy the required items at the ski resort, where choice was limited. Vey frustrating!!!

  the website was clear but despite ordering one item i recieved 2 and was charged twice. I returned one item and got the refund swiftly. The product size indicator is not accurate i used the ODLO tool which indicated ordering a small which is not the right size

  It is now over a month since I returned a parcel containing two items (didn't fit) and they still claim they have not received the parcel. Is this Brexit? Is it Covid-19? I don't know, but now they don't even respond to the Customer Services e-mail address. I am a pensioner who cannot afford to be £185 out of pocket (having paid my credit card bill to avoid interest charges) with no sign of a refund.

  Because the information on the website was incorrect, I received a different item than I ordered. When returning, Odlo did not acknowledge that this was the wrong item and I was not reimbursed for the postage. Fast processing of the refund of the money, but not neat.

  Buying experience at average even if I had to return some items seeing the size was wrong. This cloud be avoided if information about the sizes were better. Unluckily the return is at my expense and risk, and this is not good, I'm still not sure I will have my money back.
