  Website, order etc works good. However the deliverytime was too long, tok almost two weeks just to get the package out of Germany. When it first arrived in Norway it was delivered quickly. Upon delivery to my adress 23rd December there was no information given to me regarding when final delivery was to be made, and we were away on holiday. Fortunately I checked the tracking often and could get someone to pick it up, otherwise the expensive parcel could have ended up lying at my frontdoor for many days with the risk of theft. Suggest improvement in transport in Germany and information to customer regarding deliverytime.

  Although I am petite and the longjohns are very long, they are warm and manageable. I was particularly impressed with the company's concern for the planet and being eco-conscious and commend this as well as the friendly feedback returns coverage.

  I got two shirts and a pair of super warm tights. They are super warm, but the tights started to pill after my second hike. Hike one was 5.5 miles, hike two was 2 miles, and I was just wearing those on my bottoms so warming to other women who like to hike in tights. They are pilling in between the thighs, so I suspect that perhaps these tights were not made for women with thighs that touch.

  I ordered a white thermal shirt. I don't like it because it is transparant, that was not visible or mentioned on the website. The other thermal shirt I ordered is very nice, good material. The color is darker than the picture of the website. Good service and fast delivey.

  I only got one e-Mail that the ordered goods were shipped. 2 weeks later I enquired what is happening. They said they are very busy with fulfilling all the orders. One week later I got an email my goods arrived back to the warehouse and I will be refunded. I asked them what happened and they said that the currier company couldn’t process the delivery. And I need to reorder. Honestly I still don’t know what has happened. I know that things can go wrong, especially in high season. I was however totally disappointed with the communication of Odlo’s customer service. I felt that I don’t matter as a customer.

  Poor customer service. I ordered at thanksgiving sales, and they confirmed the shipping and I wait for like a week before they cancelled my ordered without any reason. Mailed them after and they said UPS return their shipping and just told me to reorder again, which it’s out of stock already.

  Order product which appears to be shipped to Düsseldorf airport before being returned to Odlo. Only good thing was they immediately issued refund. Got email notification of refund from Odlo while UPS still had parcel listed at being at Düsseldorf Airport supposedly await rest of shipment, despite this being a single parcel. Contact ODLO about refund they eventually replied telling me when the parcel had been originally posted, nothing else despite this reply happening after refund had happened. While waiting for reply from ODLO contact UPS to see if they could tell me where the parcel was. They just told me they had requested the parcel to delivered within 48 hours, which seemed to ignore the fact that according to there system was still in a different country. Still awaiting UPS to attempted to deliver parcel. In end ordering from ODLO was total waste of time and customer service from them and UPS rubbish. Will not be ordering from this company again.

  UPS completely failed to deliver the top and sent it back to Odlo. Odlo were great. They immediately refunded me and when I pointed out it was a black Friday purchase, they gave me a code so I could reorder at the discounted price. Now hoping UPS can do the job they are being paid for and manage to deliver it.

  Size guide was not detailed enough. I had to reorder a new item in a bigger size due to a lack of information. I've complained about that. I asked to pay back the shipping cost, because there was no size guide at all. Odlo said NO. We don't do that. I see that they have corrected this on their website right now. That is good, but they didn't pay back the shipping cost. For me Odlo doesn't care about customer satisfaction. They know it was their fault. There is still an option to pay back the shipping cost and make a customer happy again. If not, this was the last item I've ever ordered on Odlo. It's not about the shipping cost, it's about what is right and wrong. If you made a mistake... correct it. Unfortunately they didn't.
