  Order and delevering are ok. Returning policy doesn’t fit with the brand.the products are not cheap and having to pay a lot to return items is not something i acspect from this brand. Poor service. It makes me think twice about a possible next order. I probably Will look for another supplier.

  Awful customer service, ordered 3 coats to try on… try to arrange refund. Web form didn’t work to refund, emailed for support and got no response. Called customer service to be told abruptly I had to pay to return. I explained that I had seen ‘free delivery and return’ when you Google odlo.. I was told no, I had to pay, again o explained I wouldn’t have brought so many coats to try, I was told a manager would call me back. They never did, instead sent me an email saying I had to pay for refund. I sent proof it said free delivery and returns- but never had reply.. sent coats back cost me £12.. now awaiting refund. Don’t buy from odlo - my first experience and certainly won’t be purchasing again. I should have looked at trust pilot as I checked after and reviews were awful…

  Odlo sent me the wrong item but in order to avoid me having to pay to send it back they gave me the item which I thought was amazing customer service and I would buy from Odlo again, plus their stuff is really high quality

  I bought a set and I've received only one part. This part was also different from the pictures. In the pictures was plain blue and I received a shirt with graphic on. I've contacted the customer service and after the first replay the never came back to me. Awful service!

  All is perfect...except the length of the layer 260 g/m2.! It is 3/4 cms. shorter than the one of 200 grs. I also have, same size (S). In both of them, neck diameter, being an S size, I think should be one or two centimeters less. Apart from that, quality and finishment of the products are excellent.

  Odlo products are always of high quality. However since Brexit delivery times are several weeks. This is not helped by the UPS tracking system which constantly overestimated the delivery date. Resulting in a few requests for more detailed reports on progress with delivery. These indicated that my parcel was often held for 3 or 4. Days at each stage oif delivery. When it eventually arrived my parcel had been torn open and obviously checked for what it contained. Clearly the potential thief was not interested in a pair of gloves and they were there intact!

  I had an Odlo mid layer years ago and it lasted a long time, it was also very stylish and functional. I recently viewed their website looking for some warm kit for work and also for hiking. I was blown away (in a good way) by the items that arrived. The light base layers work very well, you don't know that you are wearing them and the moisture management is superb. The recycled fleece jacket is great too, with an interesting pattern, a nice departure from the run of the mill products in most outdoor stores. It is very warm and comfortable, light and breathable, an excellent jacket. I am so happy with the kit that I have just ordered more items.

  Unfortunately I have been waiting for a week for a solution from Odlo. I received a jacket I ordered online with a hole, now it has three holes in different places. I contacted customer service three times, sent photos and a video of the jacket with the holes. But I didn’t get any reply with a solution ( e.g. exchange for a new jacket, etc). Very disappointing.
