  I ordered on 16/10 and did not yet received my order. They fixed it to send me an order from another client and forced me to send it back before sending my order. I have send it back but up to now did not received my order. Contacting the support desk ( where everybody carries the name Barbara) gives no result. They keep on doing promises to solve this but no result up to now. This begins to look as a theft of my money.

  The item I had ordered was too small. It was a beautiful base layer in a lovely colour. I have a very sensitive skin and the natural composition of the product was so soft and there was no irritation at all when I tried it on. I returned the item which was an easy process and had confirmation from odlo that the item had been received and my account would be reimbursed. A very trustworthy firm and I would have no hesitation in ordering from them again.

  Odlo is amazing! I started running in casual leggings and t-shirts and could not believe it that clothes make a big difference. But they do and so happy that I chose Odlo, every piece I bought is excellent and make my running better.

  Sizing varied greatly between different shirt styles, and they don't offer free returns. Be very careful if you don't have an Odlo store near you to try the items on in person.

  Navigating around the website was very user friendly and clear. I have purchased a product as a gift for my partner’s birthday which has yet to come, but both myself and my partner have purchased Odlo products before and they have been excellent , so I am certain she will love her birthday gift. Furthermore, my delivery was ahead of time. The Odlo products I have purchased before have been of excellent quality and very much live up to their description.

  Polo jamais reçu malgré 3 réclamations, plusieurs documents à remplir pour essayer de se faire rembourser et pas de proposition d'odlo de m'envoyer le polo commandé ce qui me laisse à penser qu'il n'y en avait plus depuis le départ ! Le service logistique et gravement défaillant et pas de possibilité de remboursement de la commission de change bancaire exorbitante de 9,71 euros pour 41 euros de commande.

  The package was shipped by UPS. I have been tracking it for weeks. Every day the UPS say it is arriving that afternoon - I stay in but it never arrives. Check it our yourself the tracking Number is 1Z8864636800277112. It's only underwear but the shipping agent is pants! I suggest you use a different shipping agent.

  My ordered product is too big, so I wanted to change it for a smaller size. This was not possible unless I ordered a new product in the smaller size (and payed for it, again) and returned the too big product, paying for the return cost myself, which would be a third of the price of the product !!! This is not at all customer friendly. The Odlo products are expensive enough to include a return ticket. And why should I have to pay for 2 products only to get a refund after several weeks/months (?).
