  Love the irbis shorts. Sizing is perfect so is color; I hope this becomes a regular of Odlo IN MORE COLORS. Perfect for morning hikes when in the mountains! I’m 126lbs 28” waist 38”hips ordered size small.

  The website is straightforward to use - although the amount of choice can be a bit off-putting at times!! Tracking progress of the order after despatch to the carrier, UPS, was very good with regular updates available. Delivery was slightly delayed, but the delay and the reason for it were clear from the tracking.

  products and package are excellent but I have serious complaints for the delivery. UPS redirects to Geniki Tachidromiki in my delivery site and they kept the parcel undelivered for 10days!!!!! I made a dozen of phonecalls to trace it and finally I went in their office to take it. That was a shame

  Odlo used UPS . First everithing was OK, the deliverry date was set to July 22nd, evening hours. Then everything went wrong, My deliverry adress was not right or it was incomplet. I contact ODLO, but somehow my pacage went back to them. So I didnt get was I ordered, but did get the refund. I must saj it was not the first &only time I ordered from ODLO, but it was catastrophic.

  I have previously purchased an Odlo Zero weight t-shirt from a retailer and thought that I would order directly from Odlo on this occasion. The sizing of the new t-shirt I ordered was very different and much larger/ill-fitting, even for running, despite it being size Large (felt like XL). The sizing differences need to be more explicit so that customers can order in confidence, especially as postage and returns have to be paid by the customer. The products are undoubtedly good quality but the service doesn’t quite back it up in the same way. Frustrated and undecided if to order directly from Odlo again.

  The customer service is a disgrace. My parcel was massively delayed, Odlo could not locate it. By the time it arrived I refused acceptance as I did not need the articles anymore. It got lost/delayed/stuck on the way back to them, they did not cooperate, emails only got answered after several days, different people involved who did not communicate internally. I had to get paypal involved to get my money back. An absolute nightmare to deal with, never again. I would rate it with "MINUS STARS" if I had the option.
