  Dreadful experience- UPS sent different updates daily and no one knew where my parcel was. Eventually arrived but didn’t fit so returned to Odlo with confirmation from the Post Office it had been delivered. Odlo said the return had not been completed and made me sign and return papers saying it was lost! Had to ask PayPal to intervene and get my money back. A most stressful and frustrating experience that I shan’t repeat.

  The item for this review is fine, but i am still waiting on new batteries for mine and my partners odlo heated top as promised by yourselves over 6 months ago. I have chased up many times without success. I love you kit but i feel your aftersales is letting you down and as it stands will think very carefully whether i would buy from you again.

  The order went wrong from the start. I received an invalid track&trace number. The goods never reached me. The only good thing was that the goods were returned to sender (automatically) and my money was payed back (also automatically).

  I am fully sayisfied with the quality of the products, it is the size of them that drives me crazy. I used to be size M, but currently when buying they all are too small, compared to those that I still own. It is very risky to buy from Spain, even more if you have to pay fees to return the wares that don't suit you

  I didn't receive my packet and that was because my house number was not noticed. When I phoned about this, they said they wood care about it. After 1 week I had nothing heard about it. And then I got the mail that I get back my money. When I called to say that I want the products in stead of the money, they told that it was not possible. I had to order it again. Bad service, is my opinion. So that's why I rate whit one star.

  The wrong item was in the box and guess what ? Odlo refused to make an exchange : women clothing instead of Men !!!! They offered a refund and a voucher of 10/100. I have bought the item on sale.

  I like the prodicts, it's e-commerce site is quite good, products can be viewed on several pictures, and technical information is provided. Some of the products have reviews, thus, it adds additional information on the product from the customer point of view.
