My overall satisfaction with Onepark is very high, but in this parking garage specifically they charged me for 20 minutes extra almost what Onepark charged me! So that is why I'm not giving 5 stars.

While the booking process was satisfactory, we encountered an issue with the parking gate not opening. We were prompted for a code to access the parking facility. Despite checking my email thoroughly, I was unable to locate the necessary code, which unfortunately led to us acquiring an additional parking ticket and incurring a double payment.
