  Not sure what OnePark could do but when I entered the carpark the instructions were to go to the cashiers office and get a ticket that would let me enter/exit a number of times. No one in the cashiers office and the number I called only spoke Spanish. Fortunately my son is fluent in Spanish but without him I would have been stuck. This happened twice, no one in the cashiers office. When I eventually left there WAS someone in the office and after a bit of Spanglish, got it sorted. Not sure the parking rate was that great but needs much. 2nd time I have used OnePark, last time a few years ago and better rate but similar problem getting in/out. Probably not OnePark´s fault but they could give the local carpark company a kick up the a****.

  There was no-one at reception when we went to park the car. Luckily a car drove into the car park through the security gates so we could follow it in. We forwarded the email with the booking to the hotel to ensure they knew we had paid but received no acknowledgement. On returning to pick up the car reception was still unattended. Fortunately a workman knew the combination to the security gate so we could leave. Otherwise it was good - well placed, secure and convenient.

  First, it seems I can't reserve without signing up. Next when signing up I have to specify far too much information. This is bad, this is not needed and makes me vulnerable for identity theft is case this information is leaked. I booked the parking before and so far it was not required to signup and only required information was asked. This change is certainly not an improvement!

  For Onepark service I don’t have any claims. I have claims for Parking place. On 21:30 Parking is close and open only at 08:00. I arrive one day later, and can’t get inside parking. On weekend parking was totally close and I loose my car for weekend. When you come to pick up your car, my car was blocked another car, and I spend time to searching parking staff.   It works!. I was sceptical that it would as this was my first time and it involved getting a space in a hotel car park in another country. I found a carpark as close as possible to the train terminal I needed in Paris CDG.. I was given a code. It got me in, there was a space, and it got me out again a few days later. No faff.

  It took me 10 minutes to book a parking slot!! Geez, creating an account, verifying purchase with card and card reader, making payment, filling the form, etc, etc.... and all that for one parking hour! Crazy! Never again...

  Safe parking and exactly opposite the train station which was ideal. The only issue is that we did not have the code to get in to the carpark. The instructions said to go to reception which was actually closed. Luckily, someone was passing by who gave us the code to get in.

  Finding the “One Park” section of the garage was difficult. There was no sign saying “One Park” on the street, so I drove in circles looking for an entrance. The entrance I went through (still don’t know if I was supposed to use it) said it was for a couple other companies but it was attached to the Novotel Hotel, so I went for it. Once in the garage it was easier to find, plenty of spots available, easy to park.

  We don't understand why we couldn't verify our Credit Agricole Britline Visa cards on your system of payment. Our Natwest Card worked perfectly but somehow the Credit Agricole Visa card didn't work.

  Simple process to book and find a parking space using the app I have used onepark many times... Never had any difficulties.. Easy to find a parking space at the price within my budget Immediate confirmation and all the information you need to access and exit the carpark.. As well as directions... And of course peace of mind knowing parking is sorted before arriving

  The location was good and easily accessible, but with that everything is said. We went down the parking garage and it starts with the floor. The confirmation says -1, but you have to park on floor -2. Then there are fences on the assigned parking spaces making it impossible to park, since they have to be opened with a key. I tried calling, but Onepark isn’t reachable on the weekends only on their emergency number which is provided in French once you call the regular number. I don’t understand any French so I could not make out what the phone number was and so I could not reach anyone and we were stuck in the garage for 45 minutes not knowing what to do. There isn’t anyone present at the parking garage, which was said on the website. We eventually found 1 assigned parking spot where we could park, but it was very thight so we were lucky we had a small car. Overall I don’t really recommend it.

  I booked a parking spot for two days and then when I left the garage after a day it blocked me from getting back into the garage. You pay for two days but once you leave the garage before the full two days you are blocked from getting back in… no mention in any way in the reservation and overall just a stupid customer scam

  Everything was fine , but I had trouble entering and exiting the premises. Some of it my fault , but either way it was resolved in minutes by calling the service number. So well done for the back up service there !
