  The link we were provided originally by our hotel showed no spaces available. We then tried the one park link and booked a space. The link in the directions took us to a different car park. We parked there, checking the name but upon exit 2 days later, we were charged €68 in addition to the €44 we had already paid online. We think we were in the wrong car park but the car park directions and signage were really unclear and confusing. We have contact one park to see if the matter can be resolved but they are not replying to my attempts to contact. We feel that we have been fleeced.

  I found the level of service extremely good. I managed to book an evening time instead of the morning to start my parking and I couldn’t enter the parking with the code. I rang the number which was at the entrance to the parking, got an immediate response and the problem was sorted straight away . The gentekeman also spoke to me in English ….I was parking in Nantes !

  In general it worked out alright, only I had booked a parking 3 weeks in advance to my needs and found out only 3 days prior arrival, that the booking hadn't gone through and I was left with no reservation. At short notice I had to pay almost double the prices, that wasn't funny at all.

  Might have been a five star experience were it not for the difficult access to the carpark. There are two machines at the gate. I entered my code in the first machine. Barrier did not lift but there was something in French on the screen. Sun shining directly onto the screen rendering whatever was there unreadable. Three attempts to open the barrier and all failed. I then rolled forward to the second machine and this time I got a ticket and the barrier lifted. Confusing and annoying. Fortunately there was no queue behind me.

  The google maps location doesn't match with the actual location and since we got a late flight back we were not able to use the parking anyhow because it is not doable to go to the airport in any other fasion than the airport shuttle. I eventually only found the location by trying to match the picture on the booking website with what i found on google and then eventually google maps. Because i was searching for a parking near the location were google maps initially indicated that it was i needed to pay a whole lot for another parking spot.

  It was very easy to book a parking slot close to my hotel which was one quarter the cost of leaving it where it was. I liked the way the Booking site indicated the size of vehicle that various parks would take as. Costs were clearly indicated. Seems to be good prices for a long stay in Paris.

  I was concerned when I did the purchase because of all the bad reviews. The car parking I booked was the best location for me and was only available in Onepark so I booked via them. The booking process was smooth although I could only book the parking sport last minute when I got the rental car (you need to provide the license plate when booking). The instructions were clear but I didn’t know if the reception was going to be opened or not - That’s key information to be put on the website and what to do if you have an issue.

  Navigation was quite clear but I didn’t realize that the parking was 25 minutes by charged shuttle to the airport. Adding things up, it was better value to park at the airport parking so I cancelled the booking. I had problems in the past with these so called airport shuttles that suddenly become fully booked and miraculously a taxi is there to do the trip and double the cost. No thank you.

  Was charged twice and told a refund would take three weeks and have heard nothing back still. Booked then couldn’t enter or exit so had to get ticket and pay. The call button did not work but was safe and easy to find so if receive a refund would be good and would return.

  Car park is hard to find and we also had trouble getting into the car park. We paid for 2 days before our journey but only ended up staying one day. We still had to pay for the full 2 days as there was no one around to speak to, to ask for help. The car barriers wouldn’t open to let us in or out and as we had suitcases for out hotel the Carpark had no lift. The sat nav also takes you to the back entrance of the Carpark not the main entrance, which is the directions they give you.
