  The one park google maps entry at bcn is n the wrong the place. I parked where the onepark google maps entry is and it’s an aena car park. I will now cancel my onepark booking and pay aena instead. Good idea to fix this.

  The parking is very very tight parking and driving, it took 10mins to reach -5 and also come out of the parking. It is highly impossible to get in and get out without scratches in the car. not suited for family cars. Don't forget to enter the code even if there is someone opens the door for you.

  The parking entrance is not clearly indicated from the street (many plates and different entrance bars). The entrance lane is TOO thick: you scratch your bumper or our wheels/tyres.

  Tho i hear a lot of car windows breaks in Paris i was kinda little worried, so yea nothing happened to my car then the security is great in there , also it would be great if someone stands at the gate and guide those who want to park because i was lost , so luckily one of the employees saw me and helped me out. The location + security is great.

  The ANPR picked up the incorrect plate. I had to take a ticket and get onto customer services. Phone service wasn’t available (Sunday), online help (no response after 24/24). Contact to help via onsite ticket person said - ‘don’t worry it will be ok’! Not 100% certain I will be able to exit!! Car park ok. Spaces a good size. Well located in main tourist centre. Smells of urine and very busy. Didn’t feel very secure. Not 100% certain my car will be in one piece, undamaged. Time will tell!

  Customer telephone service needs much needed improvement. I called as I couldn't enter the parking, but I had to move as it was a one way road and no room for other car to pass, so I had to go around while calling customer service. The person that was supposed to help me wanted me to call back again when I was at the entrance of the parking. How is that possible if cars won't way and as I said it was a narrow road and only one way..I wasl alone in the car, and I couldn't just stop in the middle of the road to enter the parking while making a new call, as I was asked to make a new call once I got to the parking lot, how is that even possible if the conditions are as I explained. and just because he couldn't wait a few minutes for me to be back at the gate.. very stressing situation, I had to make a wrong u-turn and skip a red light as he was going to put down the phone and then I was going to be again in step 1..

  the booking went reasonably well, but the parking garage offered should have been clearly stated that it is for very tiny cars only. We had a regular European midsize car (Citroen DS), and there was no way to get this car onto the second floor where the onepark assigned slots were. We finally pulled straightdown into the basement, and pulled backwards out from the garage as there was no way to make any turn. My guess is that any car larger than a Smart or the basic version of the Cinquecento has any chance to make it to the second floor. I have been for decades to places in France, Italy and many other European countries, but this was the tiniest parking garage i have ever seen.

  The address is wrong. I spent half an hour figuring out where to enter the carpark because I was directed to route Hanoi, which can only be entered by the side of the road with the tram. If proper directions were given, saying it is allowed to drive on the tram tracks to get to the parking on the other side of the road of the given address, perhaps it would not be so bad. Then, to enter the carpark you cannot use your reservation number, you have to talk to the reception to receive a code. Besides this code, another code is needed to enter P3 and P4, which I did not understand due to the language barrier and lack of information from OnePark. Once inside, it is narrow as other reviews have said, but I managed. However, there was crushed glass from a car window inside P4, so I'm quite worried about my car.

  The parking spaces and the driveways between floors are far too narrow. I and the cars in front of me had to manouvre, reversing two or three times, to be able to drive from one floor to the next. The parking spaces were also very difficult to use because of their narrow dimensions and I was very nervous that the car would be scraped by adjacent cars whilst parked. I will never use this facility again

  Booking was smooth and was done online. However the lift out of order and we were with a passenger with reduced mobility. As a result we missed our Eiffel time slot booking which is a shame. I understand that the lift might be broken but this information should be communicated beforehand. After registering a complain, I could get the parking amount refunded.

  I've parked here quite a few times. Reserving is easy and OnePark is only a few steps from the gare. Allow 20 minutes, though, because sometimes it takes a bit of time to find a vacant parking stall. Also the spaces are a bit tight.

  The parking facility with access very problematic for cars like mine (Audi A4 Avant) no warning even if you could better specify for such a car related to the specific park. I had to exit in advance (approx 12h) and no rein our ent or bonus for the next park is provided: this is quite unfair

  12 times that I’ve entered and exited the Indigo Mena Park (Málaga, Spain) and in all of then I was blocked on the way… the licensed plate wasn’t recognized and always needed the manual intervention of the park assistant. The situation was always solved but after several minutes and multiple cars honks. I believe that this is a problem of this specific park and not directly of onepark but nevertheless this parking “limitation” ruins the overall customer experience.

  Grazie Onepark sono riuscito a trovare nel centro di Parigi un parcheggio a prezzi modici, solo 12 € per 6 ore, a differenza dei parcheggi per strada che per lo stesso tempo avrei speso 75€.
