Todo bien con personal para dejar el coche y recogerlo. Pero 2 o 3 cosas qua amejorar para los demas : 1/ el español de la persona que te contesta porque es mas facil para el de hablar ingles que español….pero para nosostros no tuvimos problema…hablamos las 2 idiomas 2/ no era claro en los papeles del sitio como el que to dan cuando dejas tu coche donde se tenía que recoger el coche. Tu dejas tu coche en las salidas (normal porque te vas) y lo recoges en las salidas cuando regresas….pero una llamada más y todo bien. 3/ habíamos usado otra empresa de valet y el personal era más sonriente, amable….no pasa nada pero únicamente para el futuro si quieren tener un 5 estrellas…

The car park was superb but so confusing with regard to pre paid tickets. Cameras should pick up your vehicle registration and open the barriers, this never happened. You need to make the process easier. On leaving the ticket that was issued on arrival wanted to charge us on departure even though we had pre paid , thankfully your office was open on the Sunday and we sorted thing - thank you .

All good, my only criticism from my past experience, it is quite difficult to get in and out of the pick up van as there is no bar to hold onto to help you get into the back.
