Easy process, reserving and purchasing. Plates were recognized without problem. Not easy to find the free spot ,so some sort of grouping reserved spaces would make it more easier.

So I booked for 4 days. Even booked for the option of multiple entrances and exits during those 4 days. Suddenly in the second day, my booking is finished. They have taken all my money for four days and terminated my booking. No response to my emails or my calls. Now I call that ste@ling

Really simple and easy booking process. Everything was clear and straightforward. The underground garage in Nice was easy to find and felt secure, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. The only improvement would be better lighting in the car park area. Overall a good experience and I would use again 😊
