  The web site is easy to use until it comes to payment . I have a on line debit card which was not recognized after 3 attempts despite being correct . Then when I thought the payment had not gone through .. I discovered it had , then received confirmation. From previous experience the price and parking is efficient and good value

  Booking the parking was very simple. However the parking did not seem to recognise my car on the way out, and leaving the parking lot involved calling multiple people and I lost 20 minutes just trying to leave.

  We parked at Ibis hotels garage, it was easy to go in and out. It is also nice to go out as a pedestrian through hotel's lobby.

  Didn’t receive a confirmation email of booking until 2 hours after the commencement of my parking. The booking process confirms that you need this, however was able to enter the parking area with just the PIN number from the booking on the app.

  You don't know what a reassurance you guys are, for visiting "le rosbifs" like me. I took a chance, downloaded your App and I got what I was really concerned about and was extremely happy. You gave me multiple locations in France, in the area that I was staying where I could park my car in a wider and safer hotel car park. I do think that you should expand your website/App to like-minded foreigners entering France for the first time and needing to find somewhere secure that they can park. I expect a generous discount for next year's booking with the comments I have mentioned. Or 2 free reservations if I tell you who to appeal to, in the UK.

  This service did not work. Despite entering the right code several times each time the screen rejected the entry. I had to take a ticket and had to pay in full at the end of the period (having already pre-paid to your service). I shall contact you separately to claim a refund.

  The fact that we can amend the car details up to one hour before arriving is fantastic as we have been able to book well in advance but won't know the actual car we will have until the day before as we are hiring one.

  You take your car to a city or town in another country and you don’t need but for reassurance you want to know your vehicle is safe for x number of days. One park finds you the best deal and the best place to park, even in hotel car parks. Pre-booking 3 days with Onepark, in a hotel car park sous-sel, in larger secure parking spaces, saved me 30€ for the week.

  This company are superb! Simple to use, great choice, great prices and terrific customer service. I booked some parking in Paris and then had to change my plans……no hassle at all. Rebooked and full refund for the first lot of parking all done with absolutely no fuss. My rebooked ferry on the other hand cost me an extra £42!!! …..presumably for someone to press a button somewhere!!? Cannot recommend OnePark highly enough! Simply excellent.
