  It's a shame that Onepark's team believe that they can advertise height of the ceiling of the car park as a maximum allowed vehicle height and push back when being challenged about it even though we nearly damaged our vehicle solely because of incorrectly advertised information on their site.

  Location was good for us. However, the charge points for EV’s consist of three wall sockets. With very limited space and not really any charging power. When charging points are advertised, I would expect real possibilities. We had to charge elsewhere.

  The driver of the valet service Mein Valet Frankfurt was not available on the phone and never showed up at the airport. As asked by the valet company, I tried to call the driver 30 minutes prior to our arrival, but nobody answered the phone (I tried around 30 times to call them, with no success). We had to find a last minute solution and we almost missed our flight due to that. Now I will file a complaint to get reimbursed as the service has not been delivered!

  Used OnePark six or seven times now and always super impressed. Easy booking system, flexible bookings and great choice. Staff are super friendly and respond quickly. Just make sure you check the venue will take your large suv as I nearly got caught out once with a very tight turn in an underground Paris carpark! Overall…superb!

  I was a bit afraid if I will have the available parking spot or if the garage door opens (I don't speak French and I needed a parking spot for a few days in Paris) but everything was working fine. There was a variety of parking spots to choose and when we were leaving the gate opened after entering the code without issues. We saved 15 eur on 3 day parking (paid 30 eur instead of 45 eur for the same place if we booked through the hotel) and we were guaranteed the place by onepark instead of the hotel (they cannot guarantee the availability) so overall I can recommend.

  We had made a reservation but when we arrived at the carpark the machine would not accept our code. We contacted the customer services but no assistance was given. At this stage a queue had formed and the french lady behind us came to our assistance. We showed her the reservation and she tried to assist but the woman in customer services would not open the barrier. The french woman was annoyed with customer services as she was going to miss her train also. Eventually they issued a ticket to open the gate. However it was not a prepaid ticket as per our reservation so on exit we were charged again. We were charged 34 euro on our credit card for the reservation and then we had to pay another 31 euro on exit. We paid over 66 euro for 3 days parking! I have used effia car parks on numerous occasions without any issues but this time it was a dreadful experience.

  Very difficult to navigate . First page asks for arrival and departure date and after selecting car park to be used the following page asked for the return date is asked again. When selecting arrival and departure time the clock adds on two hours- for best reasons unknown so one has to go back and correct it. As previous user of car park the system wouldn’t recognise my pass word. Having selected a new password the system wouldn’t recognise it. I gave up and two days later tried again , password accepted and booking made. A good programmer is needed to improve the software and make bookings easier…

  The order in itself was ok, but the services offered in the parking were poor, that is the plate number was not recognized, we were advised by staff to take a ticket, when leaving the same happened, we had to explain again the situation and eventually we left the parking, not paying the ticket, as the reservation was already paid. For this situations, when foreign plates are not read correctly the customer should be able to insert his order number for not being obliged tot take a ticket.

  Driving round the car park at BCN Terminal 1 is not easy. Entrance to each floor is not clear. A prepaid ticket needs to be validated but that was not clear. The details did not explain that or where to find the booth to validate. Aena officials in the main terminal did not know what advice to give. All this delayed our exit after a long journey.

  Very difficult to determine how pricing works. Please explain clearly when our first day ends, and when we are charged for a second day. The rate we paid exceeded the amount listed in your rate schedule. Other than that, we were very happy.

  Completely dissatisfied. I came back yesterday afternoon with a family of 5 (including small childrens). The shuttle phone did not work. I had to take taxi to parking lot. Parking was closed . After one hour of calling French number I was ready to call the police . Finally someone came and opened the parking . I want a refund not only for the taxi but for the entire parking stay as you have failed to deliver your service
