  Easy to use booking system. The car park was easy to find and One Park's instructions for gaining entry were clear. When I entered the car park I found two parking spaces that were closed off with movable barriers or cones. However, it wasn't clear if these were spaces reserved for OnePark customers - I parked in one of those spaces, and there were no problems. However, it would have been useful if there had been a sign attached to the barrier with my reservation number.

  First time I book OnePark. Arrived at Girona airport 2hours before my flight departure and put my car at the AENA parking as required by OnePark on the booking document. Several hours after arriving in Belgium (my final destination), got a message of OnePark, informing me that the license plate of my car had not been recognized by AENA cameras. The same message requesting me to go to the parking manual casher and require them to register my car according to OnePark contract and not according to AENA expensive fares. I immediately sent a message calling for OnePark help. So far, just automatic reply promising prompt reaction. Since 48h, nothing. Most likely, next Wednesday, upon returning at Girona Airport I’ll have to pay full AENA fares in addition with the already the OnePark fare. It will be double punishment. Why should I be happy with OnePark?

  There was no attendant. There were no parking spaces, and I had prepaid for 10 days! I parked my car next to the office, not in a space, but not blocking any cars. Perhaps 5 other cars were trying to figure out what to do. Total incompetence, never again. If there are any problems with my car when I return, I will sue Onepark…

  There is no mentioning of the environmental sticker you need to have to get into the city. We where surprised the extreme difficult process of purchasing the thing online and since there was no transportation from french into English it toke even longer. In short, we will never do this again !

  Easy to use. I just had one issue with a car park that saw his attendant dissapear for one hour to eat in the evening leaving me and some other clients waiting... It was in Paris at the Louvre car park. Apart from that, all the other bookings were very smooth.

  So far I’ve only made a future booking for parking but the process was easy. Only potential issue is that tho system says I can cancel to one hour before they have already charged me on my credit card. So IF I needed to cancel I hope they would refund me as quickly?!

  Got to the Marriott to be told that the shuttle service was starting 1h30 later. Nothing was sais when I booked and I had to take a taxi to the terminal with the additional cost.

  Brilliant service. I was sceptical at first, due to previous reviews of smashed windows etc... but we found it to be very safe with plenty of CCTV and a sit-in security guard at all times. The staff was friendly too.

  I had an extremely bad experience, when I reached to the parking and tried to scan the QR code which I received when I paid and reserved a parking in advance but it didn’t work so I rang the bell to ask for help just like what the instructions said and the worker answered and told me to take a ticket and park with no further details, so I had to pay for my parking even though I already paid in advance which means I paid twice / double the price because the QR code is not working and no any details is given! Extremely bad experience and I will never park here again.

  I think finding the site was very easy. I wish though a google link was rather provided in the confirmation that leads you to the map right away when needed. I thought the process of entering and exiting the vehicle was absolutely smooth. I rather wish though that the urine smell could be somehow managed. It stinks so much that the smell sticks to the contents of the car after a few hours and hard to get rid off.

  I wasn't impressed when I found if I had landed there and paid on arrival I would have got it a lot cheaper. There is an offer on of £14.00 a day. I was informed by the hotel I would get a better rate if I booked via their recommendation. Not the case Bit disappointed.

  In the park I booked you need to wait until the 2 doors open to get in. I did not know that and I was stoked at the middle of both for 30min until another customer come to help me. The personnel from one park at the phone does not explain me that.

  In general it wasn’t a pleasant experience. On our way back we called the office and it the communication was very difficult. If you don’t speak Dutch or French and at the end the guy was talking to us in a bad way . When we finally could pick up the car I saw a small hit in the back part of it . I don’t recommend this place
