  Excellent service. Easy to make your reservation. Just changed my reservation and immediately had my original charge refunded. The only minus is that you get charged the moment you book your reservation, and not the moment you actually check into the parking garage.

  1/ The site seems well laid out for car users. However I am a motorcyclist and it was impossible to find a link to book a motorcycle parking space. I had to contact customer service who provided the link 2/It seems users are obliged to create an account and save payment card details which should not be necessary for occasional purchases

  It didnt work, my table wasnt scanned and i had to buy the parking twice. The helpcenter just talked french and nobody could help me. I cant recommend to buy online, buy the tickets rather at the parking.

  We entered the wrong Indigo Parking. It was not clear in advance that there were several Indigo Parking garages. And there was no one at the service desk until we left so that only then did we discover that our voucher was not valid there. We ended up paying again and the pre-ordered parking voucher was not used.

  Parked at crown plaza 10 mins walk from Geneva airport. Easy access with gate code. Am using again as airport car parks are full again. Great find.

  frist of the code did not work , the lady on the help line was fine but i was concerned that i would not be able to exit the parking on my return . On my return my enjolieurs had been stolen ( WHEEL TRIMS ) ok they are on plastic ones that came with the van , but it does mean that people can go into the paring area and look around at the cars ? On triing to leave the code did not work again . I entered it three times and in the end it did open . Each time i entered the code the barrier did move a little but did not open , could be a problem with the key pad ?. one of the barriers was broken and on the ground so infact you could just drive off . I did not want to do this as I had paid and did not want to be charged buy the airport . So over all i think some contact with the airport is needed . I hope you read this , mark

  We booked a parking place, but the places available for Onepark were all occupied, Horror! We contacted OnePark but the only option was to find another parking place. We were refunded, but it cost us time and effort on the day.

  I hope there is security video and some proper fencing around the carpark. As the parking lot is not really closed , anyone can go out with any car he manages to steal.

  I had to pay double (almost 200 euros for two days) and am still waiting for refund. Additionally, gate did not open and car was trapped on the ramp. Not helpful personnel in these situations.

  The barcode in app was not recognized at the Parking gate entrance. I tried a lot and Intercom person was not helpful. I had to finally take a ticket and had to pay extra. Whatever i paid on app was loss for me.

  No costumer service replied me to open the door to exit ( was not working the code ) luckily a staff member of the shopping center helped us otherwise no trust on one park ( customer service is was exceptionally closed said the Robot voice in the phone )
