  It’s always a bit tricky to find the search field. Ok after a few minutes of use, but that’s not really the point. The car park we found is very good value though which is maybe the point of using the site.

  Website and booking ok. However trying to explain to the carpark we had prepaid was a nightmare. Obviously no IT capability at the carpark to recognise our pre-booking. Poor. Wouldn’t use you again. Better just to arrive and get ticket at gate and then pay on way out

  I ended up paying twice! The instructions concerning what need to be done at the hotel to get my entrance ticket verified, arrived on my phone after the parking s soon had ended and I had left the car park. Will not use this service again!!

  Using OnePark was a stressful experience. The car park controller person in the information booth had no knowledge of the booking, and did not know what to do with the email confirmation and I had to forward the OnePark email to the car park company. It was a different person each day and no one knew what to do. The language barrier made it difficult as our email was only in English too. I have a dreadful feeling that I will get fined in a few weeks as our car registration was printed on the ticket we had to get each time we arrived (it was a 3 day parking booking). We caused queues at the exit as the barrier would not go up, and I had to explain our booking into an intercom. They had no details of it. So very stressful for three days. Also minimum booking was 3 days (over 48hrs) whereas it was the same price just to turn up and pay which would have caused less anxiety.

  Easy to book. If you stay later than originally planned, you pay for the extra hours stayed once you get back to your parking, so no stress if you’re running late or plans change. Easy to find and car park was safe and secure.

  Amazon site navigation is good, delivery was on time, no damage to packaging which was also very good. Small print of instructions meant I had to use a magnifying glass, but otherwise an excellent product and experience

  Easy to reserve on line.The facilities are extremely clean, and centrally located. Not ideal for a medium or large size car but I always find available parking on lower level where I can take my time to park. Very safe parking which I highly recommend!

  This was one of the most stress free rental experiences I have ever had. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. It was quite late in the evening and everyone had a smile on their face and were very kind despite my poor French skills!

  Really hard to book for a rental car, due to the rego number requreiment! With a rental we book before we know the car rego, so must change to capark booking before we park - which is hard!

  Very easy to park and relatively cheap for the area. If you are going to a concert at Sala Razmatazz, it is about a 1 minute walk away. My only complaint would be that the pedestrian exit needs better/bigger signs.

  The parking at the Marriot was easy and a clean, safe carpark. It would be good if you could amend the booking fir changes to e it dates, or add multiple exits after the booking has started, in case plans change - which ours did.
