  Easy to book. Easy to cancel. Easy to modify but, it seems, not if the Start date of booking has passed. I wanted to extend my booking for 2 days - due to illness. This was not possible. I had to make a new booking for 2 days.

  Probably the safest way to park in Paris as you can only access the parking via the hotel even if you are not an hotel guest. A lot of space between cars is also a very positive aspect of this parking.

  There was no parking available when i arrived, there was also other 4 cars in the corridor of the parking waiting for space to park. The parking is inside closed gate so cannot be from unauthorised vehicles.

  could not get the barrier to work (Gare de Niort) despite pre-booking. So had to work the barrier by taking a ticket and simply paying the next day to lift the barrier (I had already paid 2 days before). therefore paid an extra fee!

  We were able to find the parking, the booking was made easy as well. We were told we had about ten spots to choose from once we arrived but nearly all of them were full. The remaining ones either weren’t accessible due to a metal barrier, or the size. We drove a mini Cooper so that’s pretty small in the first place and easily fits everywhere. But with the only spot we could fit ourselves (others way too small) my husband had to crawl through the trunk to get in and out. We couldn’t open the doors. There were other spots that were available but weren’t on our authorized list in the email.

  The entrance of the garage was extremely small. We had a hard time maneuvering down to the designated third floor under ground where we found the tiniest parking space we've ever seen. It would be good if the company would warn people before hand that this place is only suitable for small city cars, not SUV's like ours (Tesla Model X).

  Getting my car out of the parking was a 1 hour endeavour as their “partner” BEPARK was unaware of my reservation en thus their automated system could not open te door. The 24/7 help desk of BEPARK was not available and only in French. Interestingly enough when calling from a friend’s phone Inwas able to get Dutch and English options and the Dutch guy was awake and able to help 24/7. So I wouldn’t recommend parking here if you want your car immediately.

  Cheaper then paying at the car park, all went well, my number plate was read correctly and the gate opened automatically. The only thing that could be improved is the clarity, I found that there wasn't much information given nor were there clear instructions ( like what happens if you arrive earlier or later than expected ). Other than that, perfect !
