  The operation is flawless. And the cost is truly modest versus airport parking. The access is a bit difficult if you have a very large car. But the experience is very good so far. I haven't picked up my car yet and haven't checked the charges but I am quite satisfied.

  It‘s very easy to book a free parking space with Onepark. However, the amount of free parking spaces could be higher. For the french country my experience with Onepark was very good.

  Used for parking at the airport. All went well, easy and convenient to use. One strange aspect: if changing parking time - the previous booking is cancelled and new one is created for which you have to pay again, even if the price is the same. Although the reimbursement for the previous one did not take very long, so was fine in the end

  Works great, price deal are ok to great depending on time and demand! Use of the keypad is working well (in or out) sad to not have an app to open or close but it's working 100% of the time at least. Furthermore, no way to save the loyalty card number ... that's a shame to fill it in again and again...

  The site was quite easy to use and directions accurate. However, having prepaid for 17 days parking, I was unable to exit the car park without paying the full charge again! So, I was double charged and need not have wasted my time pre-booking.

  Customer service was great. I made a mistake with my original booking and they fixed it within the hour. They didn't have to fix my mistake but they did. So I immediately booked another parking spot with them in Barcelona. I felt comfortable rebooking with them and they would take care of their customers. The only thing that could be improved upon is a Viber or Whatsapp number with customer service in order to communicate.

  Fair prices, clear and easy steps to book quickly a place and it also proposes putting the loyalty cards if applicable for instance All Accor one, sadly there's no possibility to save it in the profile we have to put it again and again...

  I could not use the car park in Grenada. I had a rental car. I did not know the licence plate, and when I tried to use the reservation I could not. When I called customer service they basically laughed at me and said I agreed to the rental agreement so too bad for you, you lose your money (55 euros). I was horribly treated and will NEVER use this lying cheating service for as long as I live. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

  The web experience is not great, the booking process is lengthy and it is too easy to select the wrong time and date. With regard to paying, PayPal would be a good option, better directions, an interactive map showing more clearly the location of the Rennes car park.

  Parking abroad couldn’t have been made easier, easy to locate with good access and plenty of spaces. Key info prior all given. 10/10 would highly recommend and use one park again. One recommendation I would make is to maybe be provided with contact details for the hotel /one park incase of any questions.
