  Difficult to find pedestrian access on way back, found a fire exit door open, not sure if that was supposed to be the way.. in the corridor was an old stained fold up bed, I was hesitant to go in but had to get my car.. Bus journey was easy

  I was really impressed with the ease of using Onepark! We had the code ready to enter and exit and it was so easy. We stayed at the hotel where we parked and saving money by using Onepark instead of paying the hotel directly for the parking. The hotel was within walking distance of the airport. It was so convenient.

  The booking was easy. Confirmation was quick. But the instructions to enter the car park are not clear. It was guess work. Tell people to take a ticket on arrival and it needs to go into the next barrier before you use the passcode. No info provided.

  Really safe option to store your car while on a trip in Paris. Using a code to get into the car garage it felt really safe because there is no way for strangers to get inside of the garage!

  The link to the T&Cs is to close to the tick box to accept them. So instead of ticking the box it took me to another page and I had to start my booking again. Also an error popped up when confirming my credit card payment. This meant I had to renter the card details again

  Easy to sign up and to book a car park! Quick and easy and the price is really competitive. That's great to be able to put the loyalty card but nothing is written on what's the purpose and if we're getting something : all Accor Live limitless. Sad to not be able to save the partner loyalty card in the profile

  Rue bloquée par des travaux, obligé de prendre un sens interdit pour accéder au parking. Pas de place disponible dans le parking. 1h30 de perdu avec l’attribution d’un nouveau parking. Traitement par le personnel correct mais politique de service client nulle, 5€ de dédommagement (sur le prochain stationnement !!!!) pour toute la galère.

  You need to make it clear to customers when they pay that a QR code will arrive in their email....this is not mentioned.....otherwise, no one knows how they will enter the parking facility.

  Very good, the only negative is the price which is v. expensive by international standards but compettitve for Paris. Your representative on-site was helpful and courteous. The standard of maintenance of the car park was very high, in partcular, the pedestrian stairwell access was clean and smelt very fresh instead of the usual smell of urine in such places. Quelle surprise ;-)

  APK2 is probably one of the best parking deals you can find in Granada. You just have to press on the information button when you leave and tell them your booking number and license plate number. It went really smooth. We really didn’t use the car during our time there so we just parked it for 2 days and then left to the next city. Would certainly recommend.
