  Great service. Booking was simple. I was slightly early arriving at my chosen.cqr Park but that wasn't a problem. Thought I had the option of exiting and re-entering again, I did not use it. I had no problem leaving.

  Very helpful app when travelling in big cities you don’t know with baggages in the car. Makes travelling easyer knowing you have a place where to leave your car when you don’t know the surroundings and if you have baggages you know your car is safe! So you can enjoy your time without anything to worry about

  The parking garage was secure and well lit. The entry was large enough for a medium sized SUV (Subaru Forester). While the exit has a tight turn, we made it work. The driver got a good angle and I typed in the code and followed him out on foot. The spots are large and we had no problem finding the exit. Overall a great experience.

  I’m not sure what the point of this service is exactly. The process of getting the ticket validated by a person in the ticket office took nearly 15 minutes.. no fault of the employee, it’s just a lot of information. If absolutely necessary to pay in advance, this might be a good option but I see no reason not to just pay at the automated caisse. You still take a ticket when you enter the garage, and without one park you just pay at the machine, with one park you need to talk to someone and share information. Would be better if the infrastructure allowed the garage to read parking information on phone so you can save time and possibly money down the line. I’m not sure I would use service again.

  The service was very good. The booking process was easy and the information sent was very clear. No problems at all. We got the code to enter the closed parking and once there, we found several signs in the parking to get to the reserved spots.

  While there was an address listed deep in the confirmation email, the parking lot was not well marked - we could not find it. We ended up finding street parking, instead. We've used onepark for the main parking garage in the past and had no trouble. However, the external lot is harder to locate.

  The website contains contradictory infromation on which cars are allowed in some car parks. For instance, in some parkings a Passat is considered as "too long" while the length is well below the maximum length.

  The parking location and price were excellent. The hotel was timely informed about our parking reservation. However, the underground secured parking has two gates to enter. The hotel gate is on left side, but I tried to access a gate on right side. It was difficult to make u-turn in the driving lines.

  Could you add a link with the location, kind of link you can open with google map or plan. I don't like the fact my card is registered on the website it could have been 1 payment as otherwebsite and avoid saving it. this is not your fault but the parking is quite dirty and old

  The site was easy to navigate. Unfortunately, the license plate was not recognized and I had to take a ticket and then pay again (but even more than I had prepaid) to leave the lot. I ended up paying €13.30 in addition to the €10.80 (booking #2806554) I prepaid in booking online. I would like a reimbursement of the €13.30 (ticket 17809 for Lille Grand Place).

  Booking experience was good, the parking navigation line is narrow to very tight. But this can be dealt with, by few back and forth manoeuvres. The car was perfectly safe and accessible at any time, so in our check-out day, we were able to leave our luggage in the car and enjoy Paris for few more hours. The price was the best we could find. Thanks
