  In Paris (Théâtre Pigalle) we were satisfied with the experience. We paid 50 € for two days parking quite in the center of the city. The carpark was under video surveillance, the boxes wide enough and the entry and exit in good condition.

  I was booking the parking for my visit end of October. But changing dates and time is little inconvenient on this app and by third step was not possible to change dates , because I noticed that its not correct . I could not cancel parking because it started already almost same time of my booking. I contacted customer service but there was no reaction. I was charged immediately, so lost 9,50€. But i used this service in May and was very satisfied , also booked correct dates for my next visit

  The parking slot was convenient and reserved & paid it before by the online service. However the spoken person is unable to speak in English while we were exiting out of the parking area. It would be great help for us to communicate in English at least to save the time for everyone. Thank you for the service.

  At the entrance my license plate was not recognized by the camera so I've had to call the agent. Same at the exit. Call again. It took a few minutes but the agent was correct and nice. So all good.

  Looks to be clean and secure. Convenient and easy to book a car space for one week with instant email confirmation. Haven’t requested a specific parking spot. Located only a few minutes from the apartment … will visit in December 2022. The website mentions Amex but online payments are Visa or MasterCard only.

  This company has always provided good service. Their website is clear and easy to use. They have fairly good coverage across several cities and we have used them on many occasions. I would recommend onepark , they are streets ahead of their competitors. Unless I really had to and was left with no option , I would not use anyone else..

  The payment was confused . My Irish visa card was not accepted and then with my French Banque Visa I was asked to authorise a Zero amount payment. I restarted and received verification of booking yet was never asked to verify the payment amount of 46.75 euro from my French Banque. Why not accept PayPal it is so much easier !

  I was unable to change the date of my renewal so have ended up paying for 3 weeks when I will not be using the car park. Then, when I have renewed I get a message saying that my booking is over which is alarming and untrue since I have downloaded the app which clearly shows I have renewed.

  We bought parking on the date when there was day without cars. We were not informed about it, so we paid for money and do not use parking at all. All the roads were closed and physically there was no chance to get to parking location. There should have been information about day without cars on the website

  Limitation to a single exit is sometimes annoying. I can't see why multiple entries/exits during an extended stay are not provided as an option (as other car parking websites do!)

  My vehicle with the licence plate BG71 ZNZ has been charged €30.92 twice from my account. Although money was withdrawn from my account on the first attempt, no activation code was received. I request that the first of the transactions be cancelled and the money be refund into my account.

  I booked parking slot online after coming i took the ticket and at exit it said to pay 22 euro but luckily a man attended me at press of button at barrier who spoke English and helped me managing out of the car park. Would definitely recommend anyone for location proximity.

  Booking was straightforward, but I don't understand why any changes that I wanted to make resulted in the booking being refunded and a new booking being created. As any changes were free until an hour beforehand, why not hold off charging until that point? As I booked in Spain, the amount paid and refunded changed due to the fluctuating exchange rate!
