  We’ve booked Indigo Prado Perier in Marseille for our one-week holiday, thinking we should have a carefree parking spot. However, our license plate nr wasn’t recognized so we had to take a ticket every time we entered and had to call the help intercom when we wanted to exit. As the agent of the intercom mostly didn’t speak English, they hung up the phone and didn’t pick up again. Every time we wanted to exit the parking, it took almost 30 min to exit and onepark wasn’t able to assist us when we called the support nr. All in all, unsatisfied about this particular parking garage and onepark in not assisting us throughout this holiday.

  I made an online booking from 07h45 on 03rd Sept 2022 to 19h00 on 05th Sept 2022. I made the online payment and received the online confirmation. I arrived at 07h40 on 03rd Sept 2022 - entered the access code but the boom did not open. I then collected a ticket to gain entry. On my return trip 0n 05th Sept I had to pay the parking amount again. Online booking is confusing and at the end could be very expensive.

  We were very happy with the carpark. It is of course a public carpark. However, it was exceedingly clean. Our only comment would be that the opening times of the carpark varied between what was stated on the portal over which we booked and the actual times given by the carpark signage. We had wanted to exit shortly after 4 am but had to exit shortly after 4.30 am. As we didn't have any connnectiong flights etc, it wasn't a catastrophe.

  It was very unclear how to enter and exit the parking. The hotel staff who constantly accesses the parking gave us information how to use the code but it didn’t work so we ended up paying double for the parking. Not cool!!!!

  Hotel helped me book via website. Use of code was quick and easy gave assurance of secure parking. Only downside is the car park we stayed in only 1 entry and exit and it was tricky to negotiate getting in and out around another car.

  ticketing system is mess, no card received and difficult to get out of parking (after calling help the guard opened up the door. To get back in again after driving out, again same problem, had to take a normal ticket because entering with code didn't worked out. I had to pass through the guard again to drive out the parking. The guard told me that there is already for a longtime (months) problems with receiving a ticket and with the entering/leaving code. So please Onepark do your job and repair it instead of having customers confronted with such problems. You know the solution!

  It took 3 attempts to take the payment from my bank despite there being adequate funds in the account. When I contacted customer services they told me to contact my bank but as I had used my card successfully that same morning, I knew it wasn't a problem with my card.

  I could not get a proper information about the sizing of the parking spaces offered at the location. Hence I could not orient in due time for another facility. The parking places were very tight for an SUV although in the general presentation this type of vehicles were considered to fit in. Actually all the parking spots rented by onepark from the Hotel premises were the smallest and cramped ones ore near the infrastructural pipes that are limiting even more the parking space.

  the only "but" is when checking out your website, after going through the different car parks in the area I will be staying at, after deciding which one was the most convenient, went through the process of booking dates, along with registering and payment method, thinking everything was done, did not receive any confirmation of the booking, I thought I had been had. However, after checking my credit card movements, there was not reason the suspect and being on a Sunday, I figured someone would contact me regarding this endeavour, which you did. With other car park competitors, everything was done almost immediately, with the corresponding email confirmation.

  I was about to lose my flight because at 2am when I arrived to the parking reserved they told me there was no place for me. Therefore I had to pay sh%$& load of money for another parking or losing my flight. Terrible partners you have or terrible communication with them. Besides, you should find me a solution or rembourse me the extra costs.

  The location is perfect! The only problem is once you park the car there is no clear directions for the persons to exit the basement parking. We tried the side door and ended up in the residential area of the building. We wasted at least 20 minutes just figuring out how to get out. Finally, someone entering the building via the main gate let us out. While picking up the car we had another issue: the garage's main gate wouldn't open. We located and tried all the possible switches and code scanners finally the maintenance guy from the building happened to walk in and let us out. Apart from these issues, the car was safely parked and the price is OK for the city parking. There are more expensive parking lots around.

  I used another service and the parking gate would never open, and the attendant always had to call the company & confirm. But so far I've used OnePark 2x and it works great! Gate opens right away :)

  Payment worked only via app and online it didn't. I used different cards, which didn't work but in the app the first one worked fine. The app is not really user-friendly, because it took a while until i noticed, that I have to zoom in and press again on the parking to book it after selecting it in the search bar. The address ist wrongly written om the website.
